Hum Retailers ya macchar type HNIs ki problem kya hai?

1. Farzi SME IPOs me lagayenge, jinke baare me 0 idea hai. But GMP accha hai to laga denge. Fir yahan aake bolenge 0 allotment aaya aur ghanta bhar kosenge Registrar ko.

2. Acche IPOs ke fundamental check karenge nahii aur bolenge ki QIB nahii aaye ya Retail nahii bhar raha.. Baad me listing acchi hogi like Medanta tab fir kismat ko kosenge..

Matlab bhai chahte kya hain? Do you see a pattern in these stupid scenarios?

Apna Dimag lagana nahii... bas paisa chahiye :(

P.S. Dil me mat lena koi, main bhi aap ki tarah kahin na kahin isi category ka hoon. Just trying to learn and spread the awareness.

Agar Ye IPO Fully OFS nai Hota or Thoda Fresh Issue karke Debt Repayment kar dete to Accha Ho jata Ye IPO?

Reducing trend of borrowings is biggest positive, company is generating enough cash flow, hence they dont need to bring fresh issue to increase cash in books, they are sitting with enough cash already, soon post listing, they want to consider part distribution to the share holders in the form of Dividend..
