Total QIB = 50%
Anchor = 60% of QIB = 30% of IPO

QIB in IPO = 50-30 = 20% of overall IPO

If we total the amount bidded for, it is 14784 Cr for 70% of total offer since 30% is QIB. If you divide this 14784 Cr by 70% of total size i.e 835.61 Cr, you get the total subscription (times). So based on the data at Dec 2, 2022 4:28:00, 14784/(0.7*835.61) come out to be 27.28.

Correction, 30% is Anchor
