Regarding this ipo, it can be subscribed in my opinion. Issue is reasonably valued as per latest financials and company is showing growth in revenue/profits in recent year/quarter numbers....it won't give much listing gains neither loss , may be upto 1.5k on plus side and upto 500 on minus side if market goes down then....but its good to buy on declines after listing...
only little concern is that its complete OFS so company won't get any ipo funds for any purpose and in third try now, company is coming up with ipo finally...
In last 2-3 quarters, we have seen good sales in vehicles and auto companies are performing good so it has also benefited which is showing in its numbers also and growth can continue for coming quarters also...
i am not seeing much QIB subscription here, may be around 20-25X....
if QIB subscription is crossing 10-15X by 3pm then i will apply 3 shni application here else i will apply 3 retail applications....

@admin The contact number shown for linkintime never works .After calling to this number it's diverting to another number which also doesnot works . can you provide the correct details . I'm trying to get my query resolved on working hours but it was not solved yet .

In net terms more than 4.5 times the amount collected by Dharmaj from QIBs.
BHNI Oversubscription only 40% of Dharmaj @ abt 20x.

At the last day of ipo after 12:50 the chance of allotment is decrease if i apply in any over subscribed ipo.??

Yes as you said it's fully foolish question..
I applied this IPO at 4:20 pm though groww app.. so don't worry allotment based on lottery system

I always apply last day after 1PM and was lucky in a few! So this is just a mental jinx! But if you have such feeling then you apply early so not have a negative thing to drag about and waste more time thinking on that. One should do what feels it is OK.
