Not possible specially in this IPO. You must email registrar and ask reason for non allotment. Once I didn't get allotment in one of the IPO and I was doubtful that it was due to third party. But, they replied and mentioned it was due to oversubscription.
Dear members If i put sell order in pre open at price less then listing price then my order will be sold at listing price or at order price which i put?? For example if i have been allotted share at 100.Listing price is 110 i put order in pre open for sale at 105 whether my order will be executed at 105 or 110?

Correct, want to sell at preopen price, then put limit order at price less than preopen. Similarly if want to buy at preopen price, then limit order at price higher than preopen price.
you got the allotment and when they tried to debit the amount , debit is failed they will debit amount later manually. be sure about your allotment, not to worry. this is normal issue.
