IPO is Fresh Offer of aggregating up to Rs.358.16 Crs. = 17,055,286 Shares (at Upper Band)
+ OFS for 24,968,332 Shares = Rs.479.21Crs (at Upper Band)
Thus, Total Issue Size of Rs.882.50 Crs (at Upper Band) = 42,023,618 Shares (at Upper Band)

The Company has undertaken a Pre-IPO Placement of 14,236,057 Equity Shares for cash consideration aggregating to Rs.291.84 Crs. The size of the Fresh Issue as disclosed in the Draft Red Herring Prospectus, being Rs.650 Crs., has been reduced accordingly.

I have kept my positions of 5 apps in ehl, wont be in liquid position to apply both ipo with 5 apps, wat do you suggest which one is better ujjivan or thyrocare,?

i could suggested u to sell one or two lots if EHL cross 150 plus and apply for both bcoz i think both these issue have left lot on table for RII and both will have good demand post listing from DIIs and FIIS in case of TTL and DIIs in case of UFL. BTW chance of allotment is less but this IPO is to good to be missed.

IMO Samit Ghosh interview with TV18 has dumped the mood of RII. In the interview candid that SFB will have impact on margin for at least 2 years i am actual now more bullish on UFL given management is open up front which is very important for retail investor.
