That will mean at least 40% allotment chance in Ujjivan ...

as compared to approximately 16% allotment chance in Thyrocare ...

Consider 3 scenarios for your single dmat account.
1. 4 lots (or)
2. maximum lots possible for a retailer (or) < 2 lakhs
3. single lot.

It all means the same in an oversubscribed issue like this, since the sebi rule says, maximum number of retailers are to be allotted at least a minimum lot size. That too by electronic lottery system.

I doubt if we are going to see such less applications (<500k) in Ujjivan. Most people applied for both. So if not 735k, it should easily cross 600k.

@Eagle - Need some inputs, I have already applied for Ujjivan 1 lot via SBH Online ASBA, but not received any SMS or email for a successful bid like thyrocare.

so here are my 2 questions

a) How can I increase my bid by another lot for ujjivan.

b) I got 2 different demat accounts, so can I submit another application ? or will it get cancelled as both account are mapped to the same PAN number ?

Please advise.

1. I dont have any ancestral property only earning from my work. In that case, can i form HUF or not?

2. You people are saying both individual and HUF total income has to file separate returns.
Suppose total income is 3 L my side and total family income is 6 lakhs (for example). I have to pay tax for 50 k personally and for HUF, i have to pay tax for 3.5 Lakh. Now this is like double tax right? Then how come, tax saving is possible by HUF formation
?

HUF means "Hindu Undivided Family " for family means husband,wife,and male child
So basic requirement is husband and wife .children comes afterwards and even one do not have children may adopt too

However I feel that suscription will be little less due to (1) There was heavy craze for Thyrocare because of huge sucess of Dr Lal (2) As Thyrocare is highly oversubscribed there may be a scarcity of Funds for this issue (3) some Funds are also blocked in Equitas and Quickheal as Quickheal is quoting below issue price and at current price investors are not getting expected profit in Equitas. Pl send your valuable comments.

Can anybody teach me, how to apply through multiple applications. ICICIDirect allows only one application per PAN.

you need multiple account in name of family and friend to apply multiple application

You can apply for only one application with one PAN No. If you apply 2 applications with same PAN No, both will be rejected even if you had applied with different brokers or different DMAT Nos....

So many queries for ASBA. I guess 1 out of 3 persons in india holds SBI accounts & most literate ppl also take onlinesbi access from SBI. Go in E services its very easy just need to put DP id & customer Id.

The platform of all the state bank groups are same. If you apply from sbi aur sbp sbh sbm sbbj sbt. They are submitting the application from the same platform

Just out of context question: One of my women staff i think is physical abused by her husband i had asked her about it she confirmed my fears however said please do not take any action against her husband. However i took some professional help (detective agency) found her useless husband is living on her income and also involved in an other relationship with an another women stays most of the time with the other women only visit weekends that to not all weekends.

The women and kids does not know about should i tell my staff about it or just keep quiet need advice

You should first look at the psychology of the lady. If she feels no one is to help her, she might tell her children. For children, its "like a rock on a sparrow''s head" Their childhood will be spoiled on thinking of a solution for adulthood (parents). Sometimes, the child may become violent or domestic violence could happen. The children will become mentally affected and may even lead to psychiatric hospitalizations or consultations. A theft will not be stopped unless a thief stops the theft. Wait for some more time, DONT RUSH to tell her at present. This is a very delicate problem. I will get back to you tomorrow, now its too late and got to play a game after a stressful day...

NII 70X
RII 2.5X (number of forms basis)

The lower subscription numbers are expected becoz of 2 reasons:
a) There is lesser money circulating in the market
b) the Issue size is almost double as compared to Thyrocare

Therefore, the wiser players expect a greater RETURN on "money invested" in this issue as compared to Thyrocare
