I got allotted one lot of 70 shares in Ujjivan Fin Ser Ltd. and the same is credited in my demat account also last night.
i had applied from SBI a/c and till now amount Rs. 14,700/- is blocked in my account.

What does that mean??

Also, can we purchase more shares on listing day i.e., on Tuesday 10th May and sell on intra day trading??

Mahanagar Gas Ipo:

Total 820000 residential, 2600 small commercial and 55 industrial customers. CNG fuel stations in Navi Mumbai etc.

Gail and British Gas each selling 25 percent stack. Each have 49.75 stack in Mahanagar Gas.

Total value of company 4800 crore
25 percent sale means 1200 crore. Total size of ipo around 1200 crore.

Total shares for sale 2.46 crore.
Revenue 2095, 1885 crore for 2015, 2014.
Net Profit 301, 297 crore for 2015, 2014.
EPS for both years Rs. 30.

Comparison with peers:
Many analysts compare with IGL. IGL is one of the peer but not 100 percent. IGL is more in vehicle fuel - fuel stations. Though Mahanagar is in domestic LPG supply to residential customers.
I think best peer is Gujarst Gas. Some other peers are GSPL, Adani Enter etc.

I compared peers are trading at P/E of 14 to 20.

If Mahanagar comes with Rs. 485 , then it is P/E of 16. This price is fair enough.

Though it is a basic utility company. We never see tremendous increase in customers, revenue and profit in utility company because of government regulations etc. We can see steady limited growth only. Medium to long term investors will get more benefits.
Chances of loss is very rare. Investors will not get healthy returns in short term.

Can anyone help me with following issue?

I have applied for ujjivan share allotment.

When I am checking with my PAN it shows that I have applied share but alloted NIL.

When I am searching with the application no. it shows an error that APPLICATION NO NOT FOUND.

I had sold this application now broker denying for giving me premium. It says that I have not applied for share.

i think u also would have applied from BOB?? we all having prob. as we also applied from BOB net banking
your broker is not wrong infect he could even ask profit from you..
bcoz if he would have go shares on your name .. after giving kostak price he would have earn 3000 Rs approximately.. so he can even ask that from you..

any way bcoz of BOB prob. we all were never into the allotment race.. we should really file complain to SEBI as MR. manoj parikh saying .. My 5 application got rejected bcoz of BOB.

Every bank seems that there is delay in releasing the Lien amount who had applied Online. SBI too had not released the lien amount yet.

Axis bank too had not released the Lien amount till yet..

Poor results of equitas nothing to cheers, market may dislike it and some hammering might seen on Monday, target 139

Thanks Khemka.. I am holding 500 shares of Equitas.. If Equitas really goes to 139 on Monday, I will buy another 500 shares.. As Septa and EagleEye suggested, the stock will definately give good profits by this Diwali..

ASBA through Bank of Baroda, neither allotment nor fund released.

Same problem in bob and i visited my branch they said will communicate to bob mumbai asba branch

good morning.. BOB prob. called karvy but not that gud response.. they saying if u have invested from net banking then we can see or track any details .. if done physical the we can help u..

Disappointing to see so many people who used BOB account are having same problem. Did any one received any mail from karvy for refund and reason for rejection of application? Even Funds not released yet.

I can''t see the status for ujjivan in Linkedin time ? Where you have seen? Is icicidirect.com updated for Ujjivan

You should check the status in karvy not in linkintime....
