Don't buy blindly, bcz market conditions not good. Every thing is possible in unstable market conditions. It will goes to 75 or down to 45 also (watch now CSB)
i made two applications in SH category. the applications were for 5600 shares each. I had approximately 1000 shares in both accounts. I got allotment of 625 shares in both applications. Made three applications in retails (non share holder category) and did not get any allotment in either of those.
I read the draft prospectus. Could not find the allocation procedure for shareholder category there. Should i have applied for more shares in the SH category to get more allotment. can someone please educate us?
Minimum lot and then proportionate basis. This means all shareholder category applications will get 400 shares each first, and then the remaining shares will be proportionately distributed towards the number of shares bid. 4.3% was the remaining allocation %. So if you applied for say 5600 shares, you will get 400 + 4.3% of 5200 shares ~625 shares total.

I have been alloted 400 shares of Ujjivan small finance bank as per link available on Chittorgaarh.com. Money has also been debited from my SBI acount But the shares are not reflecting in my D_Mat account Can I sell these shres tomorrow 12/12/2019 after listing
shares have been credited to successful allottees on 10.12.2019. Due to T+2, shares will be visible in demat account from 12.12.2019. You can place your sell order starting from 10am of 12.12.2019.
For UFSB IPO, If i put a buy order tonight, will it be considered that as buying today? Or since the listing starts trading tomorrow, will it be considered as buying tomorrow - cos technically we cant buy the shares as it is not yet listed..
What will be the right time to buy if i wanna buy tomorrow as soon as it is listed?
