I had purchased ujjivan shares and got in my 5 demat account on 22nov but not got email in only 2 account so that means I can apply as a shareholder in that 2 account only?
If you have applied from 3-different demat a/c's with the same person's name & PAN no. then certainly, all the 3-applications will be rejected. From your single bank a/c, you can apply with 3-different demat a/c's , belonging to 3-different person's name & PAN no. That is not a problem. thanks.
I have applied on the name of a person whose demat account it is, i just use by Bank account for using my fund, but on allotment i got email from RBL bank for my such application with no allotment and status of Application Shown as "Third Party Investment".
Use SBI, UCO, & PNB. I am using all these banks to apply IPOs for my family and friends and never faced any issue regarding third party transfer.

SBI CARD should allow retailers to apply his IPO using credit card of all banks + 10% cashback on on card for SBI card holders ????. This way they can promote their IPO + Card business. ???????? Like UPI, card should be also alternate payment option, blocking money in card is much easier than UPI.
That will be a better options but unfortunately RBI prohibits use of credit cards funding in capital market. I think, RBI put some framework to use credit cards funding in capital market.
Third party in case of UPI is rejected. Else there is no issue with ASBA till now. There is only one case reported in this forum where RBL bank third party application rejected by regsitrar.

CSB's listing unlikely to have any influence on USFB applications, since market is expecting that USFB will give better returns comparing to CSB, and that such returns are considerable, i.e. above average.
I guess that in some of the IPOs, including Ujjivan SFB, under shareholder quota one can even apply for shares worth more than Rs two lakh. I am not talking about HNI (NII) quota. I am not sure so expert may please comment. Can we apply upto Rs 5 lakh?
Dear AhireR e-mail received by shareholder states that one can apply more than Rs 2 lakh. In some past IPOs I have seen that people apply upto Rs 5 lakh under shareholder category and were also allotted shares -partial allotment not full

Dear Mr investormahesh
Your attention is invited to Page No: 335 of RHP which clearly specifies that
for Eligible UFSL Shareholders, Maximum Bid is "Such number of Equity Shares and in multiples of [●] Equity Shares, such that the Bid Amount does not exceed Rs 200,000 (net of UFSL Shareholder Discount) ".
@ investor Mahesh, you are talking about Rs 5 lacs, it was given in sbi life ipo where employees were allowed to bid for 5 lacs in employee reservation portion

People saying there is no really need to purchase SBI share to secure shareholder quota for SBI CARD IPO Because its big IPO. I think we should purchase SBI share because there might be discount of around 1k per lot in shareholder quota.
It looks like retail and shareholder category both subscribes multiple times.
As per my calculation apply 2 lots in shareholder category and 1 lot in retail category.
There are around 110000 shareholders and 55000 applications required in shareholder category (10% (75 crore) reserved out of 750 crore ipo). If all shareholders will apply in reserved category then allotment ratio is 1:2. It is better to apply 2 lots in shareholder category. But apply only one lot in retail category.
@NadKishor, Registrar of the company has all information about shareholder. May be uchit ji working with same registrar or has some friends in registrar office.
In Ahmedabad all big brokers confirmed total no. of eligible shareholders are 100489. Total shareholders are more than this because many investors bought shares after cutoff date.
