I bought the Ujivan Financial Services Ltd(UFSL) share on 20-11-19(Wednesday) and it came to my demat a/c at around 9 pm on 22-11-19(Friday)(RHP filing date for the UJIVAN BANK IPO 2019). Am I eligible to apply under the SHAREHOLDER quota and the RETAIL quota also? Anybody, kindly clarify please. Thanks.

Yes, if you are holding shares on 22/11/19, the record date, you are eligible as 'share holder'.
UFSL has sent email on 27/11/19 to all its share holders, please check it wherein all the details given.

This ipo has no parents. All are running after parents company . Hope everyone is interested the same way and runs after their real parents who gave them birth.

As per the RHP, the RHP Filing date is the record date. RHP was filed on 22nd Nov. Google it for RHP document.

Yes, you can apply n both the applications are valid.

Appears to be most appropriate strategy.

I am also thinking to follow the same strategy.

We should thank our chittorgarh experts and fellow boarders for their constant knowledge sharing so that most of us are able to buy 1 share of ujjivan financial services just in time before the cutoff date. Now most of us are eligible under shareholders category for the ipo. Chances of allotment is high for the shareholders category.

There are many questions here on how many lots one should apply in retail and shareholders categories. I think one should apply 1 lot in retail category and 1 or 2 lots in shareholders category considering number of shareholders is 1 lakh + and 80% of shareholders are expected to apply. Note - this strategy can change depending on shareholders subscription...

I purchased ujjivan in October, that shares is in my broker account (means angel pool account), but not in my DP account.
I didn't get any conformation mail also,

YES.

Of course when it is coming Dividents etc., the broker credit our account of the amount received by him at later point of time, but when it is coming to preferential allottment, reservation for Shareholders etc., it is gone for ever.

Can you please clarify what would be maximum lots eligible for shareholders category, 13 lots or 14 lots? Considering max amount of Rs 2 Lakh.

CDSL OFS is opened for retails today. Interested one can apply but allotment is tough as issue size is small.

@Ahirer, it will be allocated at 227+. small size OFS is always rigged off by operators.

That's the problem..with allotment at 225+ what remains on board for investors?? nothing...

As per the DRHP, the record date is RHP filing date. RHP is not yet filed. So, if you are going to buy on coming Monday also you'll be eligible.

I have checked . yes we are still eligible (We need to buy before SBI files for RHP).
Now SBI filed only Draft RHP.
