Yes, u can apply from both category, total should not cross 2 lacs

But I heard that we can apply for 2-lakhs each in the retail quota and shareholders quota respectively. Is it correct?

We can apply for 2 lacs in each category separately.

Please check further. You can apply in shareholders and retail car but both together added should not exceed two lakhs. Please confirm then apply. Both applications should not be rejected at any cost. Not getting allotment is different but rejection can be avoided

Please note that a Bidder Bidding in the UFSL Shareholders Reservation Portion, subject to the Bid Amount (net of UFSL Shareholder Discount) being up to Rs. 200,000, can also Bid under the Net Issue portion and such Bids will not be treated as multiple Bids. To clarify, an Eligible UFSL Shareholder Bidding in the UFSL Shareholders Reservation Portion above Rs. 200,000 cannot Bid in the Net Issue as such Bids will be treated as multiple Bids and would be liable to be rejected.

@ dpcdsl, please read carefully.

If the bid amount is less than 2 lacs then u can apply in retail category ( net issue). If the bid amount is above 2 lacs then you can't apply in retail category n your application will be rejected.

i think share holders category will subscribe 1.5 times (Application wise)

Allotment in UFSL Share Holder's category shall be on 'proportionate basis' subject to minimum shares of one lot, i.e.,400. Thus initially allotment is on 'proportionate basis.' but in case of oversubscription 'lottery system' shall be applied. Having said that please note approx. 55,000 lots are available for 1,10,000 share holders (as on 22/11/2019) means out of 2, I shall get one lot for sure even if all share holders apply.

The following information available in the email sent by UFSL on 27/11/2019 to all its share holders:

"The IPO comprises of a fresh issue of the equity shares of Rs. 10 each by the Bank, aggregating up to Rs. 7,500 million ("Issue"). Please note that a portion of the Issue, aggregating up to Rs. 750 million, has been made available for the Eligible UFSL Shareholders (defined below), on a proportionate basis."

Just apply in shareholder category, who knows you may get allotment, its KARVY

I bought one share of UFSL on 20/11/19 and it came to my demat a/c at 9 pm on 22/11/19. But I did not get any Ujivan shareholder mail. How to confirm whether we are eligible to apply under the shareholder quota?
