Yes.
But you must be a Shareholder of the company.

SubMit bsda conversion form to your broker and ask them to convert your account to bsda.

Refer to RHP pg 343 - In the event the number of Eligible UFSL Shareholders who have submitted valid Bids in the Issue is more than Maximum UFSL Shareholders Allottees, the Eligible UFSL Shareholders (in that category) who will then be Allotted minimum Bid Lot shall be determined on the basis of draw of lots.

In case of shareholder cat if it gets oversubscribed then please apply only 1lot like RII cat as the basis is draw of lots only. Use the fund efficiently and save interest cost.

Gst fy 2107-18 gst audit due date was there in the month of nov & dec....so shortfall gst if any earlier paid is being paid now...
This is the reason for excess collection for the month of nov...same trend may follow in december also....mrkt condition is as it is....have huge expectation from finance minsiter for further dooster bose to emcompass economic condition.....have full faith on this bjp leaders....in upcoming budget ddt will be reomved and even cap gain tax rates may be slashed...

You have been giving estimates of oversubscription of various categories.
So it is clear that in case of oversubscription, it is prudent to apply for 1 lot only for general retail.
Same thing for shareholders category also. But ,

Share holder max 14 lots = 5600 shares

Looking at the grey market price, if it actually happened on the listing day, then the m-cap of UFSB will be around 9300 cr...
Which is more than double the present day value of parent company UJJIVAN FINANCE,
So, in my opinion buying the parent company could be more rewarding as you are not dependebt on ipo allottment..

1) Under the shareholder quota, we can apply for 14 lots x 400-shares/lot x Rs.35/share=Rs.196000/-.
2) Under the normal RETAIL quota, we can apply for 13 lots x 400-shares/lot x Rs.37/share=Rs.192400/-
So, friends, kindly allocate Rs.388400/- in total to apply in the above 2-categories. Thanks.

As an expert, you shouldn't leave anything for the individual to decide. When you know for sure retail is going to subscribed by more than 30 times, retail category application must not be more than 1 lot.

Shareholder or Retail- Min 1 Lot, Max 13 only

I have demat with trade smart.
And i applied in CSB ipo thru sbi asba.
Neither ii got mail confirmation nor fund blocked in sbi account.
Why this is do.
However my hdfc demat working fine for same ipo application.
Experts ur openion.

Allotment of CSB Bank will be confirmed on 2nd December, So funds will be blocked till 3rd December..
