It is a separate quota of shares of the SBI CARD IPO for the people who are already having the shares of SBI, on the record-date (i.e) RHP(Red Herring Prospectus) Date. You should have at least one share of SBI on that record-date to be eligible to apply under the shareholder's quota of SBI CARD IPO. Thanks.

As per RHP
If the aggregate demand in this shareholder category is greater than the allocation to the UFSLShareholder Reservation Portion as envisaged under thisRed Herring Prospectus, at or above the Issue Price, then the maximum number of Eligible UFSL Shareholders who can be Allotted the minimum Bid Lot will be computed by dividing the total number of Equity Shares available for Allotment to Eligile UFSL Shareholders by the minimum Bid Lot ("Maximum UFSL ShareholdersAllottees"). The Allotment to the Eligible UFSL Shareholders will then be made in the following manner:
a)In the event the number of Eligible UFSL Shareholders who have submitted valid Bids in the Issue is equal to or less than Maximum UFSL Shareholders Allottees, (i) all such Eligible UFSL Shareholders shall be Allotted the minimum Bid Lot; and (ii) the balance available Equity Shares, if any, remaining in the UFSLShareholder Reservation Portion shall be Allotted on a proportionate basis to the EligibleUFSL Shareholders who have received Allotment as per (i) above for the balance demand of the Equity Shares Bid by them (i.e. who have Bid for more than the minimum Bid Lot).
b)In the event the number of EligibleUFSL Shareholders who have submitted valid Bids in the Issue is more than Maximum UFSL Shareholders Allottees, the EligibleUFSL Shareholders (in that category) who will then be Allotted minimum Bid Lot shall be determined on the basis of draw of lots.

Ujjivan SFB IPO
Day 3 at 2:40PM
The following data is assuming the shares will be issued at @37/- (upper price band)
Please share information about share holder category where we get something on table.. So please share apps wise in SH CATEGORY... Other information we can get easily from bse and nse..
Here need valuable information from your side i.e. SHAREHOLDERS CATEGORY in apps wise...
I applied multiple application under shareholder category. > 1 application through Kotak Bank > 2 applications through Axisbank > 2 applications through UPI
So my all 5 application will be considered or only first application will be considered ? Please reply
Dont place multiple applications for same demat account.. all applications will be rejected on technical grounds, bididng multiple applications is not allowed from same PAN/demat account Only exception is if you're a shareholder... u can submit 2 applications. one as a shareholder and another as a retail investor, given the combined value of applications stays below 2L

All will be rejected, if you have used same pan/Demat for all applications

One demat - one application only. Preferably from the bank account of the same PAN as demat.

One PAN (first holder/sole holder) - one application only. Even if having multiple demats of same PAN. Preferably from the bank account of the same PAN as demat.
This only was my doubt. I was thinking in SH category app wise subscription is less than 1 time. And it will be at least one lot for every valid SH application.
But IPO janadesh saying app wise 2x, which doesn't seems correct to me.
If we assume that hni close around 470X Then gmp is around 26.70 rs .. And after good subscription data in all categories.. Listing may be double..possible..
