Yes I think it will beat irctc listing gain also.... reasons are so simple 1. if u see current FY EPS it should come around 2.4 means its just valued at 15 pe ratio (estimated for this year) 2. recently equitas SFB sold shares at 53 rs (revenue and profits almost similar)... this will create huge discount and positive sentiment while listing
Out of every 36 application , one will get allotment in Retail. 3% Chances for 1 application.

If one is sure on long term basis of Ujjivan bank then buy already listed entity and enjoy higher overall gains. If bank list at 70+, then Ujjivan should be at 400+.
The parent(UFSL) has been trading since 2016 and almost all of its assets are in the USFB, hence, for all practical purposes, the USFB has been trading for the three years now. In that sense, this is not an IPO, but rather a forced listing which will result in the creation of a hold company at the parent level but even that might be just for a year or two, after which we will be back to square one. so it is a forced IPO due to compliance rather than planed IPO…
Wrong thinking .... No value for ujjivan holding company ... They will be merged sooner or later ... Think again ... If this usfb is valued at x after ipo ... Do u think holding company is valued at x+ ... If so then after merger will the value be 2x ... No right ???
This is not the logic.....actually parent company at present being valued at 30% didcount to the USFB. If USFB opens at 70% premium, then the parent company price will also appreciatebut it will still remain at discount to USFB....
e.g. if you are a shareholder of any company like Reliance industries, and the stock price increases then the shareholder wealth will also increase. You should consider Ujjivan Finance as a shareholder and then calculate valuations...
There is an article validating my point..... https://www.moneycontrol.com/news/business/markets/construct-covered-call-in-ujjivan-financial-for-getting-benefit-of-usfb-ipo-listing-in-coming-week-4708691.html

I just read this point on SBI CARDS IPO page about rejection of application
"ASBA Bidders submitting more than one ASBA Form per ASBA Account"
For Ujjivan I have applied 3 ASBA from my single axis NetBanking account but all 3 are different Demat holders and different PAN.. So all my applications should be valid.. right??
Eligible Person can apply upto 2 lacs in shareholder quota only if he don't want to apply in retail. Either below combination 14+0 13(shareholder)+1(RII)
Both combination sum amount should not cross 2 lakh...
Deepcdsl please don't spread wrong msg. You can apply up to 2 lac in both catagory shareholder as well RII. Please read SBI card IPO page and clear your doubt. All the answers show in SBI card IPO page at chittorgarh.

@dipcdsl In ujjivan as per registrar email applicant can apply in both categories up to 2 lacs each, so whoever applied 14 lots application in shareholder and 13 lots application in retail is valid. I believe same logic would be in sbi card also.
@pawala 14 x 14000 is not crossing 2 lacs so this is valid and eligible for allotment.
ipoinvestor and medge Sir you are right????...it was scenario during HDFC AMC IPO... ujjivan came with innovative change ...same SBI and other IPO will follow this????

@deep It wasn't the scenario in hdfc amc nor in any other ipo..First thing u should make clear, SH and retail are two totally different portions and one can apply max 2 lkh app in each cat separately..If you r not sure u must put the query on the forum rather than passing wrong info..Because info here passes too quick..

Hey i'm new can anyone clear my confusion ? My question is as ujjivan ipo is already oversubscribed 166 times some people will get the ipo and some not but if anyone applied for 3-4 lots in RII category will he able to get the desired amount of lot , or he will get 1 lot max.
Dear Amit Singh please clarify that both category limit is for application is 200000 lakh or retail has 200000 and shareholders has also 200000 lakh limit
Yes both categories you can apply upto 2 lakhs. for example, in retail you can apply 13 lots and in shareholders category also you can apply 14 lots in usfb ipo for 1 person. But considering retail was highly subscribed , it's advisable to apply 1 lot in retail.
So ideal application for usfb was , 1 lot in retail and 14 lots in SH.

first learn how to ask your query, respected Amit Singh answered your query on SBI card page and now you are asking him back on Ujjivan page, and for same concern starting new thread each time will not going to help you to earn chittorgrah badge quickly.
Humble request to you dont spam this forum page with posting your confused queries with starting new thread every time.
as someone already asked you to read SBI card page details where admin already provided proper information about all three SH, RII and employee categories.
make practice to reply to your original comment thread instead of starting new thread every time, this will help you to clear your concerns, and it will be easy for forum member to help you.

lots of days to go this IPO to finalize, even DRHP is yet to approve, till now this tentative info will keep changing, better to discuss SBI card at least after DRHP is approved by SEBI.
USFB listing on 12/12/19 Allotment will start monday night.. No one has real data of app wise subscription in SH quota..I urge people not to believe rumours and wait for 2 more days to get the real picture.. Regrding allotment I still believe one who has applied for 14 lots in SH should get atleast 600-700 odd shares..
Valid Applications under Shareholder Category are around 40000~42500. Those who applied 5600 Might Get 700 shares Those applied 800 will get 30 40 extra shares. Monday Allotment will come.
Please post similar details for general or retail category as well! One feedback - although I am very new to this, I see a lot of information on shareholder category but not for retail. It will be helpful if you all can share your views on retail as well whenever you talk about shareholders.
One of reason many applied in shareholder quota without holding ujjivan share..????. people assuming pass nahi hai to Kya huva line main to lag hi sakate hai..????????.entry mili to mili...but looks like registrar filtered them out ????
I held the UJJIVAN share till recent times (held it on 22nd Nov, the cut off date) and during 1st week of DECEMBER I've sold it by mistake, Would that affect my eligibility as a share holder & my application..??. I guess it wont, experts kindly answer plz.
