If if buy SBI ( SBI Bank ) Shares today or tomorrow will i be eligible to apply SBI Cards IPO under shareholder quota ? Also what is the minimum number of shares required to be eligible? Please suggest.

Yes eligible till the RHP is filled as of now only at DRHP stage. so you can buy sbi share even now and be eligible under shareholder. But this discussion should be in SBI cards forum not here

even a single share can make u eligible under shareholder category given u have that share in ur demat by the cutoff date.. u need to buy 2 business days before the cutoff date, so that shares will be credited to ur demat by that cutoff date(settlement=T+2 days).. so buy 1 share tomorrow

PS-i dont think we'd need shareholder quota too for sbi cards ipo, considering the size of the ipo.. n especially, retail quota is going to be big(35% of the issue)

पीएनबी की अपनी AMC है किंतु एल आई सी केवल बीमा के कारोबार मे है ।इसलिए अभी तीनो बैंक ही ला सकते है ।

भाई जी ,आफर फार सेल यूटीआई ए एम सी (मूल कम्पनी)के माध्यम से ही लाया जा सकता है क्योंकि लिस्टिंग यूटीआई ए एम सी की होनी. है। और सेबी के नियम से समान कारोबार होने के कारण तीनो बैंको की शेयर भागीदारी 10% से अधिक नही होनी चाहिए।हो सकता है एल आई सी को भी आदेश दिया गया हो। दो चार दिन मे पीएनबी भी घोषणा कर देगा। मार्च से पहले यह सब करना आवश्यक है।

मेरे विचार से तीनों बैंको की हिस्सेदारी को मिलाकर पब्लिक इश्यू आएगा । यह इनकी सब्सिडियरी नही है ब्लकि यह यूटीआई मय्चुवल फंड मे शेयर होल्डर है और अपनी इक्विटी को बेच रहे है ।इसलिए जरूरी नहीं है कि अपने शेयर होल्डर को रिजर्वेशन देंं। आफर फोर सेल यूटीआई की ओर से आना चाहिए क्योंकि लिस्टिंग यूटीआई मय्चुवल फंड की होगी
