i applied 2 different account through zerodha. Applied via SBI ONLINE

Zerodha supprts asba. i i also allotted 504 shares by asba through HDFC bank. I dont use UPI

u are applying from HDFC bank not from zerodha, u are mentioning ur zerodha demat no.

Yes , I m applying through hdfc bank asba, zerodha doesn't have 3in 1 account

Where to check status ??

Please guide how to apply for the shareholder category? Also, what is the max no of shares/max amount that can be bid in the shareholder category?

I have applied 3 lots each through my 5 account as Shareholder and one lot each as Retailer.

I have allotted with 435 shares in 4 account in Shareholder and 01 lot (400) in retail category.
One of my application is rejected as shareholder.

Total no of share allotted 435 × 4 + 400 =2140.

I applied 4800 shares in Shareholder Category through SBI ASBA as I have one share of Ujjivan in my Zerodha Demat Account long before record date. Now I am checking the status and it is showing zero allotment. I am not able to understand the reason for zero allotment. Where i complaint about it.

Why applied 3 lots in each account in share holder category when allotment is proportionate basis...I mean u could have applied in one account only right?

For some personal comfort u did so...or am I missing some thing???

I have couple of related questions to this..

1) Should u apply in 2 diff Dmat accts if I have apply in both SH and Retail?

2) when retail and SH application sum crosses 2 Lacs doesnt that considered as NII application...many say v can apply 2lacs + 2 Lacs in both....I am still doubtful...please confirm

you are the future Rakesh junjhunwala. hope you make lot of money. I didn't get any shares allotted to me since I had applied from zerodha. I don't know what is my problem, am I not an Indian citizen, don't I have a dream to make money? buy car, bungalow, island? get married to a good looking film actress

Feeling Bad for you.

Same happen one of my Demet account also where my application rejected as shareholder category.

There may be three probable cause which went against you-

1.While applying through ASBA you had wrongly fed any data like PAN, DP ID etc,

2. Your Ujjavan share was not transferred to your Demet account on record date due to any reason.

For third reason, I m making a copy and Paste action from this forum only. It may also clear the picture.

Zerodha is useless. Most of the applications submitted through Zerodha UPI have been rejected. You will see the message as "PAN not Found"

So disappointing! Never again file IPO through Zerodha. Can't even see the status of IPO filed through Zerodha on Zerodha IPO Console.

Hi Ankit..I have one query...?
I have 2 demat accounts with SAME PAN number ......so can I apply in shareholder quota in one account and retail quota in another account??
Also what is shareholder quota elegibilty date..is it filing of DHRP or is it filing of RHP.

1) Record date can be found from concerned discussion page of CHITTORGARH.COM website and it can be confirmed from the RHP submitted(available in the concerned discussion page of CHITTORGARH.COM) by the company to BSE.
2) Only one share is sufficient to be available in your demat a/c on the record-date.
3) Allocation method MAY BE DIFFERENT in the retail category and shareholder category. Thanks.
