Guys! Even InoxWind had Axis Capital as lead manager. Yes, InoxWind was priced a bit on the higher side but good promoter, strong order book, Government push for the sector etc made it a good bet. UFO Movies on the other hand is technology company having a niche business & huge market share. However income tax raid on promoters, technological change can jeopardize the business of the company & priced exorbitantly means there''s more chance of loss.

Forgot to add... Also they have patent dispute with their competitor where they have infringed the patents held by Real Image. A technology company doesn''t have it''s own patent means there''s no entry barrier either.

If grey market will active in RAJKOT than only ipo will give good return.

I dont think any new ipo will buzz as if from now one can clearly see that the market are breathing down and with uncertainty on Mat will keep these FII away from primary market too. so wait till thing revive and the others will also like to watch how Vrl subscribe and also many will watch most awaited Vrl listing so wait till short recovery in market comes. Uncertainty from here I dont see any ipo in 1st week of May. But all should wait for Sadbhav infra ipo.

I respect your opinion. I didn''t apply for Monte Carlo and I have never made loss in IPO becaI read the RHP myself.

I was expecting the pricing below 400 and that would have prompted me to apply but not this one.
