IREDA,a fully owned company by Govt. has received the approval of Cabinet Committee on Economic Affairs chaired by Hon'able Prime Minister for listing through an IPO to hit the Capital Market in next financial year 2023-24. This will be a part sale of Govt. Stake in the company and issue of fresh equity shares.
This IPO will help in unlocking the value of the Govt. investment and also provide an opportunity to the public to aquire stake in Govt. Company. This is Govt. Mini Ratna engaged in financing of Renewable Energy and Energy Efficiency projects. It is registered as NBFC with RBI.
