I came to this realisation after my price alert of 28 was hit for ambo agritech ..an ipo which subscribed 300X and listed nearly double has come down below it's ipo price. Be cautious where you put money.
although ,Nifty50 is at 20 p/e, an attractive valuation to start investing.

any shares suggestion to invest , 3-5years around 3-4L

1. Borrowing is point of worry while applying.
2. Small sized issue so manipulation of financial figures is easily possible, (reflected revenue during covid).
Instead of HNI (as may suffer from big selling pressure) I am applying as RII from multiple accounts.
3. If huge subscription, then I will convert max one-two RII to sHNI, not ready to to took risk of heavy allotment

Mostly i will be applying 5 bhni but it all depends on global listing. If it is flat or negative i may not apply here as bhni. Here 60% goes to retail that is the only concern selling pressure would be huge, other than that valuation seems to be good only.

Now these days you are not so active in the forum. Hope all well. Allotment in good IPOs snd SMEs is very difficult. In last many years I have learnt one thing follow one principal. Always sell on listing or keep all for long time. Keep reviewing at intervals and sell if funds required. In long term term only 4 to 5 shares may give you such a great return that your losses of other doesn't make any difference. Where you come to know about any shares which is very bad like Car Trade, PatTM, one can exit.
In SMEs only big investors have chance to get allotment in maximum SMEs. For those investors there is no problem.
For common investors, allotment is very difficult. When there is more than 100% return, it is always better to exist. No use of giving examples of other shares. No need to compare performance of other good ones. It is not necessary that the share that you have not sold will go up only. One will get according to his luck only. Higher subscription is not always a guarantee of the best only.
If we follow any one, follow him in full and not in part according to convenience.
Never blame anyone. I may not be able to express my views fully.

It is difficult to be a human being, can't think of Krishna. Beyond any comparison, will be a sin. I have only shared my feelings, learnt from experience. Still I am learning from all the members and enjoying.

I will be applying total 4 bHNI in USK.
Already applied 2 today and will apply 2 tomorrow as funds still blocked.

@Jeet You stand to be well informed reader. You can apply by net banking/upi on 22nd March. Or you can apply on 21st March. You can manage as you know well in advance that 22nd is holiday in some states.
