You can check the price movement of past OFSes of HAL. You will get the fair idea. More or less, this time also, it will behave the same way.

The only problem with HAL is there will be no earnings growth. You can search some reports on social media too. Generally speaking defense companies show orders wins as a revenue. Attaching report from Icici securities.
If there is no earnings growth stock definitely will move in a range. Besides it do check retail holdings, i think everyone is holding hal and other defense companies.
