WHAT A STRTEGY BY REGISTRAR MAS SERVICES AND OPERATOR / PROMOTER
OUT OF 66 CRORE 90 % for retail and HNI rest for QIB means by paying out of pocket 10% to QIB gathered 66 crore from IPO. SEBI SHOULD BAN SUCH SMALL IPO IMMEDIATELY IN MAIN LINE TO SAFEGUARD SMAALL/ INNOCENT INVESTORS .
IMO THIS COMPANY WILL DEFINATELY DIAPPEAR AFTER 2-3 years when share reached in single digit ,,

BOA clearly shows that MAXIMUM shares are allotted to SHNI/BHNI who don't have courage / Patience to keep shares for 24 hours though I am also in the same category fortunately not allotted any share but the QIB who allotted @35 are not showing interest in buying rather then selling ,
CAN ANY ONE HIGHLIGHT THE POINT IN HIS MANNER SO THAT WE CAN ANALYSE OTHERS VIEWS AS WELL
1. CAN QIB MANUPULATED BUT SUBSCRIPTION FIGURES SHOWS NO NEED FOR THIS.
2. GREY MARKET RESTRICTED TO 3to 5 % Hence not reliable as everyone cannot reach to grey operators .
3. this situation comes when in grey selling by operators is more then buying ,

Why BSE is showing 50% LC & UC circuit for tomorrow on Zerodha? For NSE, it is 5%.

@Mr.Investor, can you please reveal the lesson learnt for others benefit. What you want to do differently in future. It had good subscription and all were happy who got allotment.

@Trueinfo sir. What i learnt was not to trust gmp blindly and don't apply ff if you're not sure. I was not so sure on the company but seeing the gmp i applied ff. And even got 2 bhni allotments. I do realise that 5% loss is very normal.

Is Ambo Agritech delisted from BSE? Getting DL in moneycontrol. Means entire invested amount gone.

Sorry for the confusion. But in morning when there was no trading in this counter till 1 pm, Money control was showing this as delisted company. I also got the heart attack 😭 because of MC.

Saffron not able to manage mere 66 Cr. issue.
Even MAS hardly manage allotment for 66 cr. issue with delay of 24 hrs.

After such a poor listing, I consider myself a bit lucky to get 0/6 allotment in retail. I was reluctant to apply in BHNI as this IPO has a very large portion in retail, HNI and ultra small portion in QIB. Also, market was trading its below 200 EMA at that point. Still went for retail due to hype in GMP and low PE in comparison to its peer group. Thankfully made small profits in the past 2 main board IPOs in retail only. will skip BHNI untill market is in uptrend. This is a great learning for future IPOs. Market is supreme.

Based on past issues is that is the stock is sound, and lists badly, it takes time but will reach its grey market price

at one point possibility of double listing nd then suddenly almost 15% discount listing..

It depends on your risk appetite and how much shares you have in your demat,, currently NSE is on UC and no buyers on BSE,, so better put a stoploss order for tomorrow,, if it hits UC on NSE, then decide accordingly and your loss will be minimum,, in case of LC on NSE,, sell try to sell it on BSE tomorrow
