Their equity capital is not matching. As per balance sheet it is 364 million whereas in details of offer 406 million shares.

Difference is due to shares issued post March 2023 - equity shares and Compulsorily Convertible Preference Shares (refer RHP pages 102-103)

Are you sure you sell IPO SHARES (Minor account) direct without transferring to guardian?

As of now I heard, only prostocks allows direct selling of IPO shares( minor account) .
But as per your reply angle one also allows direct selling of IPO shares ( minor account).
So just please confirm once again.

In 2023, total 16 main board IPOs came, out of which I applied in 11, and alloted in 6.
I think that is a good %.
I know my God favors me.
Rest will be best.

Company made a loss in last 2 out of 3 fiscals. In 22-23, it reported profit before exceptional item, of Rs 45 cr, on back of Exchange difference net gain of Rs 52.89 cr. Without this exchange difference net gain, even 22-23 would have shown a loss.
While segment wise revenue is provided, segment wise profits, assets and liabilities are not provided
70% of the revenue is from outside India and hence this company could be a proxy to global GDP growth
Good cash flow from operations for the last fiscals
Company has done pre-ipo placement to SBI Life at Rs 187 per share in June-23 and has issued CCPS @ Rs 180
Finance costs in the last 3 years is Rs 520 cr and any reduction in interest rate or debt will have +ve impact on company’s profitability
India Ratings, a Fitch group company, has upgraded company’s long term credit rating from “AA- stable” to “AA stable” in June-23

@Raju Hiralal Chavda Dear, all the names you are quoting have a common thing i.e. the money they are investing is not their own money, whereas, what we are investing is our own money. So, we have to think twice before taking risk for the sake of our capital protection.
