1. High valuation
2. Clientele reduced from 11000 to 8000 in last 3 years.
3. Returns are in single digit.
4. Other companies in same business are available with less price which are giving double digit returns.

@nerajshivhare Removal of Proportional allotment in nii removed charm but now IPOs are back on track. SEBI must thinking on selling pressure due to shift of rii to snii but hoping they may already working on solution.

Not justifying the results but the stock down 20% , which is more than needed. The actual reason may be the Eris Covid variant in UK. Hope Dreamfolks will recover 2morrow .

MSCI India SmallCap index includes Dreamfolks.
This may be the recovery path for it as it will attract the good fii flow due to this step.

One may watch it for an opportunity as it's a unique & monopoly business. Festival season have started & airport✈️ will full of passengers & Lounge too.
At the same time management may come forward to address the investors for future growth & planning.

Very aggressive price, I think, nothing left for investors, its above of forward PE...and interesting thing is, company in profit just current year because of ipo..

no loss if will not subscribe for 1 ipo which is not in reasonable price..

I think QIB will queue up to own this stock.

Interesting,daredevil ipo at pe of 200 plus best suited for a mature market. Anchors and qib will help if not lic as promoters are too influencial. Indian market appears mature now. Success of delhivary, nykaa and paytm etc . market cap to revanue ratio of transport logistic firms and topline cage of peers will also be studied. I may apply if gmp is 40% plus or oversubscription is heavy at 2:30 pm on day3.

@IPO KEEDA  From where did you get this info? Minor can not do intraday but can buy and sell shares. Only a few brokers provide buy/selling shares support for minors. eq. "prostock"

Minor can buy or sell the shares. They are not allowed for intraday, F&O segment. Rest they can invest.

With due respect, Request to share IPO RECOMMENDATION on the basis of possibilies of listing gain.

As per my understanding , We are applying IPO mainly for listing gains !!! If anyone wants shares for medium term/ Long terms , It can be purchased later on after listing !!!
We observed many cases where recomendation was APPLY but listing was not good ( It was known by the way) & many cases where recommendation was May Apply but listing was super duper ( It was known from GMP & market mood).

This is my feedback . It can be different from other members.

Please like if you are agreee with me.

Instead of applying , Listing pe bhi buy kar sakte the if long term planned !!

It is very difficult that someone will provide such feedback whether you get listing gain in normal ipo (i'm not talking about ipo which remains in demand since beginning).

Individual predicts based on company fundamentals, business, product demands, subscription, and market only.

This Issue will get decent subscription numbers in all Categories, thanks to its illustrious pedigree. Listing gains may be marginal. But this may be a Portfolio Stock. Company has just turned profitable in FY 2023. Next few quarters are crucial for any up move. I will definitely apply either Retail or SHNI in all 4 Family Accounts.
