Wait of almost 15 days for either + or - 10%. You can get such calls daily in market. Clear Avoid from my side waiting for opinion of experts on forum.

Today Avalon is down by 13% , now trading around 510
I already had suggested to book profits around 680-690 , I hope all our members holding avalon would have taken an exit .

Was thinking about applying, but looks like there is very low interest and buzz. Might be cheaper post listing when dumping happens, if going for long term.

This type of stocks is not favorite in Market. Market have not responded well to these type of stock till now. Mahindra Logistic & Delhivery atr still struggling and not good returns in these stocks.
I am thinking to buy this stock from the open market rather than applying and blocking the fund. Although this is my personal opinion and may not be binding for others.

too much high as compare to listing peer which is at 50 to 60 range,
so it it three times much costier
so listing gain is difficult

buy after listing give good gain.

Yes. As long as PAN is same in both Demat and Bank account, you can apply through any bank account.

Apply from anyone, but not from both.

Obviously, the Issue appears overpriced on the basis of reported numbers and deeply discounting the future prospects.
Subscription also is low as of now. Will wait till 3 pm tomorrow and take a call.

So technically company is in loss for 2023 also. See deferred Tax.
PS-i dont know a lot of terms in P&L statements.

I think this didn't caught eyeballs. So commenting for better reach. If anybody applies by just seeing the headline numbers, they shld be aware of this. Cheers

Direct Tax numbers don’t have any serious implications on any company. You know that government is going to collect taxes, so the companies have to oblige their tax liability.
And also any company will have to pay tax if they earn profits and tax is a percentage of profit so tax payment won’t lead to any losses.
But sometimes book profit and tax profit are different and hence deferred tax is created and hence sometimes it gets a lot complex and hard to understand.
But the bottom line remains the same, tax is an uncontrollable percentage of the profit and it won’t lead to any losses.

It is a leading company in its sector....but is struggling to break even. 2023 profit is by juggling numbers. very expensive valuations. P/E cant be determined due to losses but even if taken on face value, it is extremely expensive. Margin very low compared to listed peers. 70% revenue dependant on international market mainly Europe....and with Europe facing recession, short term isnt looking bright.
The positives are it being a market leader, being a TVS stable company, having top global companies as clients, n it will or aims to be debt free after IPO leading to better profitablity. Long term good bet..... Short term unsure..... Better to buy from secondary market if interested.
Personal opinion. Not an expert so no recommendations.

It's a good business to own some shares though.. It's an sector which will boom and tvs is in the right place to capitalise
It's high pe will vanish with one or two quarters of better profits

Finally not applying. Subscription matches its worth at this price. Discount listing or after listing is a real possibility. Although there is a possibility of a surprise listing as well..Could have applied in retail but retail seems will cross 10x so no surety of allotment there. Company is good to have it in the portfolio but not at this price at this moment. Will let it cross 1 or 2 quarters n stabilize. May buy for long term then.

How is this company.

As I already told , that no grey activity yet in this IPO 1 st day already finished no demand observed and even no subject 2 rates yet

Some small deal done at a premium of 11 Rs.

So no clarity yet , dekhte he aage kya hota he

Still no big grey market momentum yet

Heard some deals in South India at 13-14 premium

Mumbai , gujarat me sukha he

Just saw litigations against the company
Many Legal Cases pending against the company Also the company has filed many
But no such big case with big financial indebtedness

They are going to sell some non-business related assets in current quarter , which will be a good Trigger and good improvement in next results

Also some Projects are going to get executed soon , so good future
Orderbook stands at 1950 cr
And 1 more 350 cr project to get added soon
