Finally Skipped! Too much volatility expected post listing, can go either way.
Even if this lists in +ve, I predict this will come close to IPO price (or even low) within 3-4 sessions.

Seems like a good decision at the end.
Will try to enter when 20-30% down.

Just now got email .... That my retail application has been rejected by exchange .....

Retail is going to get 68% + of the shares. Not sure how easily it would be absorbed on listing day.

N11 could be 1 in 4 subscribed 7 times since some would have applied multiple lots

Everything seems good in this except missing QIB and so they may not be iterested immidiately post listing. Also crowded market though they have shown presence in the crowd.

Retail Bid Cancelled after accepting UPI Mandate... Please tell when the funds will be unblocked.

​@GAUTAM GOYAL Max it takes 4 hrs for HDFC & Kotak(If bid is cancelled before cutoff time) but sometimes have also waited whole 2 days to get it unblocked!

Current situation of regular IPO applicants thinking of applying in Tunwal ;)

Skipped completely.
Anything can happen in SMEs and even this may list at 90% premium like every other SME these days.
But just no interest from HNIs & Institutions, only retail public has applied here which isn't giving much confidence.

FII BUY 1752000 SHARES OF THIS SME

Very high risk takers can apply here, this is mostly a long term play if interested.
Too much risk involved if only applying for listing gains, listing could go either way -20% to 20%

PROS
1. Decently known brand for low cost EVs.
2. Valuation wise attractive compared to the listed peers mentioned in RHP.
3. Market Maker - Giriraj, has stellar track record.

CONS
1. Very big issue size with no anchor portion, which means free float of entire 115 Cr.
2. LM wasn't able to succesfully manage listing of MVK Agro (65 Cr issue no Anchor/QIB) previously.
3. Listing on budget day, which means uncontrollable factors may come in picture on listing day.
4. The 80Cr+ litigation issue which other members have already highlited.

I tried applying retail application 4 times ..from both net banking and upstox app ..it didnt go through .. says application failed . I guess i am stuck with that hni application now...

Not able to apply in HNI category as inteded to get one lot so applying in 1 retail in fomo..
I checked today itself on HDFC securities application that cut off time for HNI category is 4 pm and suddenly they changed it to 3 p.m.
Has anyone also faced this kind of issue previously??

For such a large sized issue, without QIB that is and with OFS and all; investors have done rather well to have got the issue subscribed to this somewhat decent level.

this wil list on budget day... since it dont have enough GMP its performance wil depend on budget speech, on any good news we may see multiple uppercircuits, if not we may see multiple lower circuits...
anybody have insider info about whats in budget for EVs?????

Frankly there are no signals of some pre budget rally this time, at least not from the mouths of TV anchors. Post election there has been good consolidation on top and market is still showing good relative strength.

I think if some good news comes it will likely be for Batteries, Lithium etc. Not particularly focussed on EVs. @k l patel

But this has more than 2.5x the number available in KP. Also KP was 48x WITH QIBs.... Confusion rules... 😊😊

I have applied 4 hni applications with strong conviction on EV. The price range is reasonable and very limited chance of discount listing. At the most loss may be in the tunes Rs. 2-4 per share only. But profit is on the card.

I like this type of issues & in the past too I have gained extraordinary. The most of the people goes for premium and nothing wrong in it. The stocks which people overlook but gave good results
Atmastco, DCG Jeena Sikho, Skp, Vi, Bharti Hexa......
Now let's see this time.
