Sorry to ask this question again not sure if it was cleared earlier, for SME IPOs it's necessary to click on cut of check box or no need. I always click on cut off for mainboard IPOs but for SME iam not sure, can anyone help me or suggest your thoughts. Thanks in advance.

for retail not necessary to check cutoff u can simply bid at highest price, and for hni u should not use compulsorily.

​@sunil prajapat The IPO cut-off option should be selected only if applying in retail category (i.e. application amount is below 2 lacs). Even for retail category it's not mandatory to tick the option, it is individual wish and taken into consideration only when IPO Subscription is low.

Havn't had time to study in detail.

But one thing that bothers me (and remains unanswered) are the huge receivables of Rs 26 cr as on October 2023 which have not be paid for over 3 years (page SF 37 of 57; financial information section).

Interestingly, for year FY2022, it reported sales of Rs 29.9 cr and had receivables of Rs 28 cr which were over 3 years.

Which business is this that your customers don't pay you for over 3 years? Will this amount be finally written off?

The good part is that receivables though huge are coming down marginally year on year. But probably a big part of this Rs 26 cr may have to be written down!!!

yes something weird that 26 crore is outstanding since more than 4 years and still it is undisputed and considered as good by company

@chittorgarh admin since subscription figures rise very rapidly after 2pm on close date, it will be very useful if you can display historical data of subscription figure by every 30min after 2pm on close date. It will help in applying appropriate amount to get one lot.

Rather than applying in TRIDENT TECHLAB..........Better to buy SHANTI SPINTEX, if it list less than 15rs Premium. It will surely give good returns.

Return on investment would be lower in comparison to investment as too much subscription and small issue size. Ipo investors should search for better options in secondary markets too.

My fund is still blocked in siyaram...now what to do and where to inquire....plz guide me anyone
