@ipo share. I don't have any intention for criticism anyone, In fact happy to see such efforts by the members but if it come from information from public domain. I also planned whether to apply or not after reviewing views from the members here. But sometimes, in excitement, people do mistakes and just wanna inform them. When i searched information in public domain like exchange, ROC, and SEBI website, i didn't found it anywhere at that time.
Please don't take it personal or neither want to heart anyone.
Further, I am not an expert, so mistake can be happened in analysing something

How come the GMP increased over night from 8% to 28%....Is there any additional information provided by the Company or some favor given to increase the GMP ...It's un organized sector..no authority decides the GMP...Any comment from members???

GMP of all 3 SME ipo increased over weekends.

With so many negatives in the company, the GMP of 28% is not justifiable....

What will be the situation for this IPO after the Financial Budget. It will give a good listing or not.

Sir, are you applying in Transvoy. Please share your strategy as size is very small and also last date oof next sme from Hem, Earthsthal is 31 Jan, whereas refund date of Transvoy is also 31st Jan.

Totally avoid this ipo, and secure fund for adani enterprises fpo. As Dilip sir also ask to avoid this. Company is in loss. Avoid this ipo, keep your valuable money safe

Timescan logistics have given 2.5x return with same size of ipo and and same sector commanding with 16 pe .This ipo looks very costly even if the financial are correct . If you have good contact in grey then better to sell and apply IMO.

Think TWICE before applying. Total employees of the Company are 4 only. In the recent past similar Issue—REETECH INTERNATIONAL COURIER AND CARGO LTD.—Total employees 7 with Issue price Rs.105/- listed with 20% Discount, now Trading at Rs.74/- Discount of 29%. I am an allottee, I burnt my fingers, with great difficulty sold at Rs.80/- on listing day with a loss of Rs.25/- per share I.e, loss of Rs.30,000/- per single lot [1200X25].

One exception. Transvoy is Ahmedabad based. Big hands cornering the shares total value Rs.5 chores only may jack up the price after listing. As REETECH is Raipur based, Promoters
didn’t have the financial strength to shore up the price on listing.

@Vnrao, I remember Reetech SME was during IPO rain, I had limited funds, was allotted Reetech and missed out on Silicon Rental, the rest as they say is history

Mr. DD is professional and his views depends on many factors and circumstances. It's difficult to believe him every time. I believe that one should always be careful for the recommendations given. Better not to write more, you also know.

As per my sources (Mumbai), Subject 2 rate of transvoy is now 35000 and dharni is 3.5-4Rs

If premium is increasing at this rate, transvoy's premium may surpass Aristo's premium, then subscription of transvoy for HNI can cross 200x.

On the financial performance front, for the last three fiscals, TLIL has posted a turnover/net profit of Rs. 0.43 cr. / Rs. 0.01 cr. (FY20), Rs. 0.62 cr. / Rs. 0.01 cr. (FY21), and Rs. 5.03 cr. / Rs. 0.57 cr. (FY22). For the period ended till November 25, 2022, of FY23, it earned a net profit of Rs. 0.36 cr. on a turnover of Rs. 10.83 cr. Thus sudden boost in its top and bottom lines for the last 17 months period raises eyebrows.

My gut feeling and intuition is that something bad going to happen after 1st Feb for equity market. Long term investers keep your money ready for the dip. Buy in small quantity for long (2 years). Rest will be stuck automatically. Enjoy the peace meanwhile.

Transvoy compete with organised and unorganised industry players with better financial, market, product, human, and other resources. Since their industry has many competitors and no entry barriers, they face competition from new entrants.

Bhedo ke jhund me bhediye bhi aayen ge. Apne aap ko aur doosro ko bachana hai to bhediyon ko pahchanana pade ga.

Seeing the nature of business and comparison with other peers in the same line of business who have listed recently, the financials looks very week

Transvoy Revenue jumped 20x just before IPO and they are asking 35x on that also. This is called as day robbery.🔪🔫 💰

Logistics theme not working, every one remembers Reetech International CargoIpo.It is still below issue price. Its a complete Avoid for me as well.

Review comments by DD sir clearly indicates the window dressing fact in revenue, total assets, profits etc. Price is also at much higher side. But there will be good amount of subscription as no more IPO in line. I will also apply in small lots.

As per my understanding subscription for this will exceed 100-125 times, as last heard S2 rates were 25000

What I can see is some group of HNIs may be deliberately spreading negative information about this IPO to restrict HNI and retail rush.
This IPO may go as per the small IPO like containe.
Subscription may easily cross 100-125x after 2:30.
More then 25000 Subject to is going, so there is no point in ignoring this IPO.
If you have cash left post applying aristo and dharni, you must apply here and money of transvoy will be available for adani as same registrar confirmed.

@Noorul who skipped Aristo and Dharni to keep funds available for transvoy, which he himself published on this forum in the interest of members.
So no doubts now.
