Nippon abakkus in anchor book.It might list vedant fashion way where retail and hni panicked due to justified fundamental reasons and no gmp.But it gave listing gain.

It is said that one of the investors of this company is Mr. Ratan Tata. That is certainly a very positive thing. And, he is not in the list of investors selling his stake. Good. But we must understand at what price did he enter. Tata was issued 11,168 preference shares in 2016 at a price of Rs. 1164 each. Same was converted into 11,168 shares in July 2021 and were given bonus shares in the ratio of 52 for each 1 held next month i.e. August 2021. So, he is now having 5,91,904 shares, each one costing him around Rs. 22.

Now, those shares are being offered at Rs. 80 a piece. Good or bad ? Well, one issue is that other investors are leaving and the other issue is that promotors themselves are reducing their stake considerably. So, in spite of Tata name in its list, Tracxn seems to be risky considering its financials.

No profit even after 8 years. Complete OFS issue. Promoters are exiting by selling their stake. So better to skip.

This company is Wikipedia of companies. They are selling the data. Agar 1-2 Quater mai accha result nahi aaya then it will be penny stock. 'Assest light' means valuation is in air.

Funny part - 3 year CAGR data of user growth is lower than customer growth.

Though the company has a few renowned investors, they got shares at a very cheap value and some of them are fully or partly exiting. If the company has started earning profits, why are they exiting? In this case, they could have waited for one more year for a better valuation as TTL has just started reporting profits.

bansals are exiting fully and so are Sahil Barua, Deepak Singh...

Even in the company Google reviews, mostly are very bad comments about the company and HR. Paid reviews can be easily differentiated in the comments. All paid were 7+ 6+ years. Clearly looks like promoters wants to off load and run. Last quater profit may also be a easily manipulated one.

Company was making loss for the last three years. Only last quarter they are showing break even. For me pricing looks super expensive. Highly risky IPO. If I see good subscription numbers might try for listing gains. Otherwise not a good candidate for long time bet.
