Not fair to compare this with Zomato as they've got B2C business and still has lots of untapped potential. Zomato is also well known brand which attracts investors. This one will be dead stock after a month.

When the company is not generating profits, it is generally valued at a multiple of its revenue. Here, Arun is trying to say that its valuation compared to its sales turnover is too high (Valuation at which promoters are offloading in this IPO).

Thank you for your feedback. The error is now resolved.

In this case PE is high, profit is low or negligible, promoters stake post issue is 35.65 %. Face value is Re 1. This ipo may have some grey market premium but still a bit risky move. For retail 10% is fixed so it will reveal on subscription that is is fast subscribing because on 31 crore it will be subscribed 1 time.
Though there may not be selling pressure because low retail n Hni floating stock, still we should think twice before applying, there are so many players in secondary markets with track record, It's really for ipo mania investors and those who look at gmp.
Remember its asking for 310 crore that to offer for sale .Still wait for last hour and then decide as per response. Not to get carried away with subscription figures or subject to rates.

The company is good but valuation is not. The sector is down due to rising US rate. One may accumulate it after price stabilization that may take at least 2-3 Q. It may give some return on next quantitive easing cycle, that is expected to come after 2-3 years. Till then it's avoid and wait and watch. (No regrets if it list positive, the risk is not worth taking).

And keep our money safe
for other good ipo.

Reminds me of Theranos, so many things matching, promoter couple, heavy-weight anchor list, garbage financials and fake business.
Going to avoid this totally, really no idea how this company got go ahead to list on mainboard.

Absolutely wrong assumptions...This company seems to be more of a turnaround story.
