You cannot apply multiple IPOs with 1 L rupees.Example given below will clear your doubts.
Suppose you apply for X IPO and that amounts to 99000/- So that amount will be blocked.In this case you may get shares worth 9000/- but that amount will be blocked until allotment.The advantage of ASBA is that you will continue to get interest which may be peanuts.

Is it that I can apply for multiple IPOs with my 1 L rupees, and they will take the needed money at allocation?
Or is it still 1 L will be blocked for 1 IPO only!

I want to apply for 2 or 3 IPO with my available 1L INR.
