I want to sell subject at 42000

Planning to apply. Number of lots depends on subscription figures around 2 45PM.

@akhil: ya i will apply but i am very unlucky recently and didn''t allotted good sme''s and may not be allotted here too looking at the subscription.

@janav :- you have two chances :- 0% and 100%. you know in lottery either you win or don''t win. Here it is also the same :- either allotted or not allotted.

@M.K. No confirmation these days, have seen subscription doubled or even tripled between 3 and 4 pm... We all surely will again be in lottery.

@noorul: i applied 37 lots in vivo, along with suneel and we were total 3 applicants, but 4 were needed to have lottery and 1 lot allotment so missed lottery too. you, as i said in other thread, were 1 single lucky who got allotment out of 12 who applied 30 lots in vivo.@avenue was 1 single lucky from 5 people.
In nupur, i have applied for 42 lots but since still BOA for nupur is not available but i am sure i was that single unlucky in that nupur from 3 or 4 or 5 or 6 applicants who applied 42 lots. if it was 2 applicant only then both would be getting. And from 3 to 7 applicants, only 1 will not get , remaining all will get.
Kya kare yar, bad luck tha nupur mai to bahut hi jyada :(
chote HNI mai yahi problem hoti hai.....

@lokes.. one of a fact is In nupur and vivo.. both time i got allotment in my wife ac.. now i got to realised why folks keep talking about lady luck.

@Noorul.. Why don''t you merge funds in one account. Had you applied 94 lots from one account, allotment chances were really good if not certain. I agree now you have chance to get two also, if lucky enough.
I think once I asked the same question and you said texation. I am not an accountant but know the legal funds can be gifted/transferred within family or blood relations.
I am curious because I have done it.

@Avenue.. I completely agree with you and i consult my Ca.. he also told me same thing.. not to worry about taxation.. and there on i made my mind to merge.. whenever its needed. Both account is in same bank so as i m just a click away.
But don''t feel like today as i predicted the subscription not to cross 80x.
But as there is no action currently in main board.. n few bumper listing of last few smes..
Many people migrated here and resulted into sky high subscription of not that much hyped sme ipo.
Now fire in a fare is a need of time.. and the only possible solution..
Every time going in lottery gives me a feeling of Gambler rather than investor.

Regarding the Taxation point, you can freely move funds between family without any repercussions. These are not outside loans where interest needs to be paid and accounted for. Besides gifting money without limits between husband and wife, there can also be free movement of funds and reflected in the balance sheet at the end of the year. The family HUF also can be contributed to and contributed from in the same manner.

End of the day, going by the opposite view of being taxed also... If u can confirm an allotment in big IPOs and confirm a profit, then paying Tax shouldn''t be a deterrent. Paise kama ke tax bharna is OK if it cannot be avoided by rationalizing income in different files.

@Bhumika. In SME IPO 3rd party asba not allowed and application rejected by ragisterar. But in main board IPO 3rd party asba allowed and allotted by both big ragisterar karvy and linkintime. No matter from which bank you are applied.Thanks

we can apply sme ipo using yes bank net banking same as main board iPo"s.

@Ramchandera. Bank allowed 5app. Per account in SME but ragisterar not allowed.SBI bank allowed 5 APP. in SME but all registerar rejected it.

Most of the yes bank account holders closed their accounts in yes bank due to insecurity of their hard earned money.

@bhumika: i am applying many times in yes bank third party ASBA and allotted also 2-3 times like medplus recently.

And in smes also, third party asba applications are allowed mainly, but sometimes for some ipo, some registrars reject the third party applications (as i have seen in DMR) but its not general for all sme ipos, in many others, it was allotted also in third party.

@Ramchandra, 5l is secure but in times of moratorium you can''t use that 5l also because of mandatory lock-in. So those who are applying in HNI above 10l or 5 multiple sme ipos applications from one single account will avoid this bank. It''s better to sacrifice that 1% extra for 100% safety. Moreover beside SBI some other psu banks are also offering up to 5 3rd party app. In December quarter end more than 2000 cr. deposits withdrawn from RBL bank in just 4 days due to instability of the bank.

And don''t go on above chittorgarh link, all these are not updated regularly, we are users so we know better.

Its the market maker or maker of the particular stock who makes it happen. He can move the stock way he wants.

Let me explain my question first ,so that you can make me understand the answer.
Let there be a stock x ,there are many sellers at lower circuit price but no buyer at all. And no trade happened in the entire day. What would be the opening value next day, would it be the lower circuit value of previous day or previous day open value??

@arca: It''s very simple, without trading, any share will remain at same closing price of last day, it can never hit upper/lower circuit, there won''t be any price change.
Price change happens only as per any trade happening. In sme''s , sometimes stock even remains at same price for 3-4 days when there is no seller or buyer means no trade. Today in vivo, there is not a single buyer and in BEW there is not a single seller from morning, so both are at yesterday''s closing price.

Thanks a lot lokes and Amit. I understood and i think both will will have 1 lot trade atleast to maintain the trend either upper or lower.

If no trade on that particular day happens then on next day their will be no change in prices for ex. If x stock was at rs 50 on 4 jan n their is no trade took place on 5 jan then on 6 the rate will move according to the closing rate on 4 jan i.e 50.

Saw this in Nupur script, it gave the impression that no trade took place but stock hit UC nonetheless though it is due to special time window 09 to 09:15 am.
Experienced guys were able to put their bid (may be from broker terminal) in ''Order Entry Session'' (from 9:00 AM to 9:08 AM (8 Minutes)), and in these 8 minutes consider the game over for new comers.
**You already know that even the seconds matter in order placing.
*Important to note that orders are executed in ''first come - first served basis''.
So on 9:15 am stock hits the UC and others are left watching like movie..

@k.Atar: Volumes will increase whenever any trade is happening either in preopen (9 to 9.07am) or during normal trade time and price will change. But when there is no volume and no price change, means no trade during whole day anytime.
And strangely in vivo, today also not a single buyer so its still at same price of day before yesterday. No one is daring now to buy this at these levels.

Guru ji, I agree humbly 🙏, my point was that before 9.15 the game is over and many don''t go so deep and at first look it seems to going UC with no trade,, but that''s not the case - the ship can not move without helmsmen.

off topic,, on one hand vivo has no buyer and on the other hand eki has hoards of buyer even at cmp of 9878.85 which is already up 5% from yesterday, saw that today. Even in these times people are desperate to get even 1 lot of eki.
strange - chadhte suraj ko sabhi salute karte hain, vivo ka bhi din aayega sooner or later..

Just a bit of advise that I seek ,, i have shortlisted shakti pumps and borosil renewables for my long-term solar theme investment - one has local/global reach and track record and the other one is market leader in its chosen area., what''s your take on both the comp sir. 🙏🙏.

And there are various reasons for EKI going higher, means its not just operator game here. Some main reasons are its recent and estimated profit/EPS and sector PE and company being leader in the sector (renewable energy and green energy) and it has so many clients and govt. initiatives etc for green energy and reducing carbon footprint means company future growth prospects are good.
Vivo is overvalued currently as per current share price/earnings, so its not finding buyers and will hit some more lower circuit. its future growth/run depends on how well it can perform in its sector where there are other big players too.

Regarding shakti pumps and borosil renewables , sorry i will not be able to comment, since i am not tracking both of these shares. Borosil renewables i have seen some other people also holding and i heard about it in CNBC and it looks good but i have never gone through myself. Anyone else can share their opinion if holding these. I may check later and go through about these.

I have angel broking. They are not allow trading in SME.
I will switch to other borker. Move my all stocks.

if your account is with UPSTOX you can tread on the listing day of SME. Only thing is you can''t place pre market order.

if you have account with groww you can''t tread in SME and can''t please pre orders for main board ipo''s on listing you can treat after 10AM
