There is one more thing which is troubling me...
MBL split it''s shares 2:1 on 28th July 2015, still there was no immediate drop in price by half? In fact there was hardly any change in price on that day of for months after.

i hold few infra player which i had already dis closed in this forum KNR Construction, MBL Infra, Pratibha Ind, PNC infra.

Sometime stock do not go in one way it stays very long some time 24 months in side way movement then we see a big upswing. it is good company nothing to worry will have big positive effect in company years

with regards to spilt it was actual bonus issue and price has 559 plus to present level so it has drop more then half bcoz i have in portfolio

Ur right. It was 1:1 bonus issue but on Google Finance it was wrongly showing as Split 2:1. Similar thing happened in J Kumar as well. I started building position at 285/-thinking that it has corrected enough from 310+ level but it started to fall , for no apparent reason, to 270/-, 250/- & even 235/-. I felt really stupid to keep on averaging. But finally it rose 18% when a broker pointed out to the public in newspaper that the stock is available at more than 50% discount- it shot up 18% on that very day & in a few days retrenched to 290/- level. But in this whole process I ended up having bought dearly- my avg is 271/-. In this case also, there was a bonus issue in Oct15 & again the price didn''t fall back to half as it should have but instead it slowly kept on declining until that article in newspaper re-rated the stock. This is all very strange..more than what i had bargained for.
Thanks for ur comments, Septaji. Looks like I have to again average MBL & wait for re-rating or should i say until some brokers tells everyone that the stock is severely discounted.

Let''s just compare PNC Infratech & MBL:- PNC is the closest peer with a very similar EPC+ BoT profile & very similar debt levels. Both have 81-82% valuation from EPC & rest 18-19% from BoT. Bu there is a big difference in valuation multiples- PNC has 14x standalone EPS for EPC business whereas MBL has just 9x! Further, BoT segment of PNC is valued at 1.1x book value of equity invested in these projects whereas it''s only 0.8x for MBL! Agreed PNC has executed some BoTs before schedule but there is nothing wrong with MBL''s Toll projects either- they are in mineral mining regions where options of alternative roads is limited.

i applied 2 lots, got one. Now, I bought 100 more at 139. I have not sold the allotted lot also.

I have set the price for selling 100 shares at 150 Rs. Rest will remain in the dmat.

This is the first time i have not fliped. lets see what happens. Testing my own mind on patience.
