presently at application level is below 2 which is important number so all applicant will only get max one lot by lottery even if they have applied for max lot.... Imo it will be around 4.5 to 5 times times at application level

(2) PE valuations cheaper than Dr. Lal
(3)EV/EBITDA too lower than Dr. Lal
(3)systems and equipment at Central processing lab comes capital free as provided by vendors in lieu of purchase agreements
(4) Preventive diagnosis is picking up in India

Cons: (1) cut throat competition in the sector
(2) valuations thought lower than Lal but stiil on higher side
(3)Diagnostic sector is presently ruled by unorganized players. Hospitals force patients for in-house diagnosis
