If I apply in 13 lots at Cut Off in Thyrocare, to utilize the full Retail Allowance of Rs. 2 L, will I have preference in allotment over a person who has applied only 1 lot?

As far as I know your preference will be same as that of the person with 1 lot. Since entire allotment is application based. So you have no advantage.

From what I know, first 1 lot each for unique customers is allotted first. And then filling is done. So the benefit is if you can apply for 1 lot from different accounts.

Previously only in principle approval was given by RBI.
