Is the Application rate down after such high over-subscription?

I have two demat account.First account is my name.Second is joint with my wife.In second account first holder me & second is my wife.I apply both account for IPO. In second I give my wife PAN no. What will be treat with my application.......

since u r first holder in the joint account so both account for tax purpose is ur account any application on both the accounts will be rejected.

hi mkjain,you need to close any one account. either in your single naame or joint account where you are first holder.
then you open new account in the name of your wife or an account where your wife is first holder and you are joint holder. that way you can apply thru two applications.if you dont do so and continue with present scene of applying in two accounts where your name is first holder they will keep rejecting your both applications.acting fast is only way to get allotment in dual applications.best of luck.

Why still amount is not blocked man ?

IPO Bid details available just now today only at BSE but amount not blocked by bank? Is it possible?

2 out of 13 applications or 2 out of 13 PAN accounts?
If someone has applied for one lot each from different accounts of same PAN, chances are more?

Its not based on applications...It also depends on the numbers U have applied for.. Chances higher if U have applied for more shares....

Thats an incorrect statement. It does not depend on the amount of shares you have applied but on the subscription rate. As per the norms by SEBI, the motive is to get maximum shareholders at least one lot. if the subsripton rate is high , there is a possibility that a person applying full lot does not even get a single lot and a person applying single lot can get one lot

How much appliactions have come from hni in thyrocare ipo, so that we can calculate some demand issue according to it

HNI allotment is on demand basis

Retail quota is 16 lac shares and demand is 3.6 crores share so more then 200 times
So application of 7000 shares may get 33 shares only

Application have no role in allotment however for information it may be around 2000 to 4000 applications only

yes. full chance of get 2 lots which you have applied. & if want to get more lots, send an application to company registrar before listing.

Whether hni will got preference over retail in thyrocare ipo or whether allotment is same of 2 ratio 13 for all, i have researched that hni quota is 17 lakh stocks and bids received were 36 crores , so even if they give everyone equal stocks then everybody in hni quota can get 180 to 200 stocks,is it possible?

Application based allotment is for RETAIL only and 2 application out of 13 will get 33 shares irrespective of quantity applied for

Allotment to HNI is as usual on demand and quota basis

after price discover or before? ?
at what rate? ?

He placed sell order @ 100 and it traded @145.1 which was listing price but before price discovered at 09:45

Exchange also reject order before 10:00

How to place sell order? ?

Dear senior boarders

one important question is that can we sell the ipo alloted shares on listing day in during price discovery time ie before 10:00 am. Online terminal reject the order but my colegue punched sell order of Equitas holdings on 09:35 and shares traded at 09:44 @ 145.1 on listing date ie 21/04/16.

Is it possible?
