Wait till mandate end date if not refunded contact bank or bank cust.care they will unblock ....same happened with me in latent view contacted bank after mandate end date & they told me to mail details to bank mail id and funds unblo9

Every time we have apply IPO through Central Bank Net Baking. When allotment completed we have check in net banking , in account no. option display ALLOTED but when we check reference number Option NOT ALLOTED. Why both option showing different message. Pl. Reply.
