As per financials given This company has every year doubled the profits. Except 1st qtr of current FY. If this is achieved for next few years what I''ll happen. Second point Company got 182CR debt. Why cudnt they added some more shares to make it debt free.
There is no explanation for last qtr poor performance.GMP is good but if markets went the way gone today no GMP will remain real. So in coming few days things can move anyway. Apply after watching the market movement only. Or you can get trapped and GMP won''t sustain another 3-4% fall. Best of luck.

Not an expert or a pro, but what I can make of this IPO as a inquisitive IPO applicant....
Entire issue is offloading of shares by promotors and the American investor selling his entire stake. The sister company TPW engineering having similar business profile and directors and running from 1975, doesnt seem to be performing that great. The company is eyeing 3000+ cr Market cap over total assets as on 30th Jun 2021 of 1000 cr. The only silver lining is its long presence and a positive growth history of revenue in the last few yrs. No idea if that is actual or sweetened for IPO. Funny but still the IPO seems attractive for listing gains. Whether it will justify its price 5 years down the line.... Doubt it.

Request the admins of chittorgarh to mention financial records in crores instead of millions.... esp when issue size, m cap etc all are mentioned in Crores... I know its easy to convert, but a ready made figure doesnt hurt anyone.

No need to open parent dmat account.. just open minor demat account and sell on listing with Tpin gen on prostocks apps.

And yes, after share sell, we can transfer money from prostocs to minor linked bank account and from minor bank account to our bank account. Minor bank accounts will be having some restrictions as per bank to bank that anyways you will come to know while opening bank account. you can search on net and find details and decide to go with any bank for minor account.

VLCC IPO:
Vandana Luthra-promoted beauty and wellness firm gets Sebi nod for IPO; likely to be launched by December end.

The IPO comprises fresh issuance of equity shares worth Rs 300 crore and an offer for sale (OFS) of 89.22 lakh equity shares by promoter and existing shareholders.

The OFS comprises sale of up to 18.83 lakh equity shares by promoter Mukesh Luthra, up to 18.97 lakh equity shares by OIH Mauritius Ltd and 52.42 lakh equity shares by Leon International.

At present, Vandana Luthra and Mukesh Luthra hold 44.35 per cent and 24.37 per cent stake, respectively in the company, Leon International owns 13.65 per cent stake and OIH Mauritius has 5.04 per cent holding in the firm.

Objective of the IPO:
Funds raised through the fresh issuance of shares will be used for setting up VLCC Wellness Clinics in India as well as the Gulf Cooperation Council (GCC) region, and VLCC Institutes in India.
----In addition, the proceeds would be utilized for refurbishment of certain existing VLCC Wellness Clinics in India and the GCC region. Further, the funds will also be used in brand development, investment in digital and information technology infrastructure and debt payments.

As of March 2021, the company has served customers across 310 locations in 143 cities and across 12 countries in South Asia, Southeast Asia, GCC region and East Africa.

ICICI Securities, DAM Capital Advisors, IIFL Securities have been appointed as merchant bankers

The equity shares of the company will be listed on BSE and NSE.
