मैंने tega की 100 एप्पलीकेशन buy की मार्केट से। उसमे केवल 2 अलॉटमेंट आयी। मुहे शक है कि वो एप्लीकेशन या तो lower band price पर लगाई गई या फिर सिर्फ nse या bse पर punch करके upi id पर जाकर उसे पेमेंट को यस ही नही किया गया, जिस कारण linkintime की site पर result तो show हो गया लेकिन allotment नही आई क्योंकि वो तो payment ब्लॉक हुई ही नही। कहीं मेरे साथ धोखा तो नही हुआ। प्लीज explain experts।

क्या बात करते हो आप भी, linkintime पर पैन नम्बर डाल कर चेक करो, वहाँ बिड प्राइस भी लिखा हुआ रहता है जिस प्राइस पर एप्पलीकेशन लगाई गई है। और अगर लिंकिन टाइम पर एप्पलीकेशन का स्टेटस शो हो रहा है तो वो एक वैलिड एप्पलीकेशन है।वरना पैन नॉट फाउंड लिखा हुआ आएगा अगर इनवैलिड या रिजेक्टेड एप्पलीकेशन है तो। और अगर आप एप्पलीकेशन खरीद रहे हैं तो अगले से उसके पैन नम्बर ओर एप्पलीकेशन नम्बर तो लिए ही होंगे, इतने भोले तो नही होंगे आप।

अगर कोई ऑफलाइन। यूपी आई से आर्डर कर देता है और मेंडेट अप्रूव नही करता है पेमेन्ट नही करता है फिर भी LINKINTIME पे वैलिड आर्डर शो करता है।।

Key Points for Tega:
1. Company involved critical equipment in mining and Minerals industry.
2. 86% of revenue comes outside of India.
3. Competitors are relatively less and entry barriers in this field.
4. Customer hesitant to change the equipment from a different supplier. It will be an advantage for this company.
5. Finally No brainer to sell below 1000. Its Portfolio company.

Surprise listing awaiting. I will buy in preopen if Price around 800.... Let me know your views also.

Looking to buy on the 1030 to 1130 am low or dips ... Anyways pre opens for highly subscribed recent ipos have been below expectation. I expect the same tomorrow, to be before the pre open price during the day.

Bhai 1 rs wala 1000 me list ni hota.. After listing not matter.. 300 ka ho ya 3000 ka... Kl 1313 open ni ho skta...
Aur allotment ki tension ni h.... Secorndry market h na kamane k liye...

What is the meaning of FIX APP RATE?

You can sell you application before allotment at Fixed Price.
If get alloted, you have to transfer those shares.

As far as Listing of Tega Industries is concerned, GMP seems to be supressed by the punters so that they Can earn by buying in pre market. If it lists Below 700( which seems difficult) we would buy in pre market. Easy profit of 100 Rs Can be earned as it would try to touch 800 during the Day. Now if it lists at 800 and Above, then There is no need to buy more and Safe Investors can sell 50% and hold rest shares as they are almost Free. Those Can be sold after couple of days at 900-920.

This strategy i Followed in Tarsons products. Bought 25 shares at 682 in premarket. Sold them at 757 And Sold my Ipo holding at an average of 875.

Considering that it seems to be a major player in a niche segment, can it be held in portfolio for long term?

Your concern for WB based companies is much like that of mine.

But Tega has six manufacturing facilities, out of which three are in India.
One in WB and other two in Gujarat.

So don''t mislead people.

I agree, gmp went down to 250 from 350 within 2 days, but thats actually true for all IPO''s post allotment. I''ve been watching this website for weeks, all members are really knowledgable. Kindly advise on what to do with Tega, I got 1 lot in RI.

you can use CDSL easiest facility. Alternately some brokers also facilitate online share transfer like e-dis of angel and transnet of SHCIL. hope it is clear.
