It is general consensus now that if u r applying

more than 50% of total possible hni subscription then apply in odd no. lots,
&less than 50% of total possible hni subscription then apply in round of lots.

Assuming possibility of 500x hni subsc, apply 263 lots.

In my view, better to go for 263

Buy-backs recently have to proved to be counter-productive for me. I ventured only into Star Cement and Nucleus Software. In Star Cement, I had o book loss. In Nucleus also, it is going to be the same story. Is it worthwhile buying a stock with buy back news anymore ?

I had good experience in HPCL buy-back. But did not enjoy in Star Cement and Nucleus. I have decided to mostly stay back unless its a strong PSU buy back.

@adesh jain: Good points, everyone should take care of these. One more points, as KSRK also mentioned in one of buyback page, is these days so many people are buying shares for buybacks purpose only which also impacted acceptance ratio. I got good benefit recently in ecelrx buyback and sh kelkar, didn''t applied in akshar chemical, star cements, goldiam international and bought share in nucleus which is going bad as of now, lets see after tender period.
Now a days at least some good discussions happening on buyback pages too and many are posting their queries there and having discussions. Thanks to KSRK sir for accepting my request and taking lead there and supporting people.

BOB has stopped adding new ipo applicants. you cant add now more in that.
Already added applicants in BOB can be used to apply ipo still and can be allotted still, no issue in that. For adding more applicants, you may need to use other banks providing multiple ASBA applications, like SBI/axis/yes/indusind/RBL etc.

Mapmyindia and Data patterns are good ipos based on financials and their respective sector.....would choose these over Rategain. Hopefully these 2 don''t clash.
As for Tega Industries, i''ll go ffin my primary hni account.

@Lokes Noorul I have a secondary account with hni capacity of 24 lots so what would be beneficial - hni or retail. Have to check out the hni oversubscription during last hours to decide. If hni is the way to go then how many lots should i go for? Most of the people go for 14 lots and some go for 20 lots.

@M.k Jai-veeru ki jodi chalti rahe.........Before applying in HNI, do discuss the lots you are applying as there is a high chance of heavy oversubscription over 500x and both of us apply for approx 450x. I want our subscription lots to be unique so that both of us get allotment.

@Admin can l apply ipo for my brother through SBI ASBA already l have applied for myself through my bank account.Is third party ASBA is valid in SBI or both will get rejected...

@Abhinandan: yes you can apply for your brother too from your SBI account. Till now, they are accepting third party applications and allotment also happening but even if they don''t allow somehow then only your brother application won''t be valid but your application won''t be rejected, you can still be allotted.

@prasen: yes you can add all 5 demat accounts (5 different PAN) in your SBI account as applicants then you can apply in each ipo for upto 5 different applications

If IPO is applied from HUF and KArta demat ? Both application will be valid?

Yes as both has different PAN number. The PAN number should not be same for two applications in an IPO.

I have not received message from NSE That Application is Successfully Submitted but whenever I check for Allotment it''''s shows no record found

Don''t check in bse site it will always shows no record found .Better to check register site after allotment .hope you got this .

5 demat accounts with different PAN means OK. Otherwise IPO application will be rejected

you accepted your 2nd request because you have not received mandate for your 1st request. so dont worry.It happened with me also in gocolors ipo.

Yes,you can verify by comparing your IPO application no. mentioned in mandate request.

JM Financial IPO Funding account review?

I have funding account with JM. Process is straight forward as compared to bajaj. Min application size is 1cr whereas in bajaj it is 10cr.
Interest Rates are generally higher as compared to bajaj.
Margin required is also on higher side.

I am planning to open with bajaj as well but they require net worth certificate which I am not sure how to get.
