I guess funded HNI will be at big loss after seeing the subscription.Even if the issue will open at 1000 which is very unlikely they will learn a lesson by creating a mess.
@INDIAWAY: HNI applications will increase to some extent but Over-Subscription will decrease. Huge HNI applications is not investors problem to deal with. Let Registrar take care of that.
Funded HNIs taking a loan of 100 Cr will have to open 100 accounts to get to the same level. Work load of NBFCs will increase considerably as they have to manage (do PoAs, etc. for) all these accounts!
Retailers with 20-30 accounts do it 2-way. NBFCs will have to do it 3-way I think. All this will have a bearing on HNI Cost.
if we assume HNI 400x, then with 14lots, the probability of allotment would be 3.5% and if we assume 25x in retail (1lot), the probability of allotment would be 4%
As bids not placed at cutoff are counted in total bids therefore the actual subscription is much lower. The actual subscription at cut off at 2pm was 9.6 . Is this right or am I mistaken?
As of 2:12pm from NSE Total Issue Size ........................................95,68,636 Total Bids Received .............................45,50,36,396 Total Bids Received at Cut-off Price .....9,22,31,997 ( Actual Subscription = x 9.6 times) No. of times issue is subscribed .......................152.06
Thanks for the IPO details. But could you please help me with the shareholding calculation. In DRHP it is mentioned that promoters are diluting around 20% as OFS. So if that is the case then promoter shareholding shall be decreased from 85.17 to 65.17%. It would be really a great help if you could help me with the calculation.
