Clearly Avoid. It is a risky bet.

LM track is also very bad. 3 out 15 IPOs are positive till date by this LM.

15 करोड़ की नेटवर्थ पे 160 करोड़ का मार्किट कैप चाहते है और तो और इशू साइज भी 45 करोड़ का

ऐसा लगता है की ये कंपनी निवेशकों का टकला करके तबला बजा देगी और आखिरकार निवेशकों के पास तीरथ यात्रा के पैसे भी नहीं बचेंगे

दोनों कंपनियों की हालत एक जैसी है एंव दोनों के लीड मैनेजर्स परले दर्जे के लूट कूट एक्सपर्ट है

आगे पीछे निवेशको का तबला बजा के उनका तक धिना धिन होना तय है

मुझे डर है की कहीं ये लूट कूट न कर दे

I also hold similar views.
Anyhow, I find fixed price band issues (no QIB issues) riskier. It could just be my risk averseness, but I generally avoid such issues unless the GMP is high (min 25-30%) or there is something really good about the company.
However, it is quite interesting that Dilip Davda ji has recommended Apply rating on both!

I have one single holder demat account & another joint account in which I am 1st Holder. I'd I apply in an IPO from both the account, will my IPO applications get rejected because of same PAN or single and joint demat account treaded separately. Please provide your guidance.

Since in both single & joint account, you are the primary account holder, your PAN will be taken 2 times and applications will get rejected ideally.

Do you have a demat plus trading account in joint holder name.
And do you have that demat account in icici direct ??

I must admire the consistency of this LM..... the share price consistently falls drastically post listing in most cases.
Those applying and getting allotment should seriously consider selling on the day of listing....

Even if we keep the LM aside, the company, its puppet promoters and its financials : Moving in patterns of Lower highs and lower lows !!

Hello Sir, due to year end, I have not been following up a lot these days. But looking at LM, I am doubtful and wont apply. I do not have time to research too, so, cant decide and then better to avoid
