My suggestion to sebi
Any lead manager to the ipo, if they get there company listing done with negative listing of around 20% (within 3 days of listing parameters calculation)
That lead manager to issue should be banned for 3 to 6 months for handling next ipo.

Can it be done..???

​@Anil Mwt @Sambhav Jain  sir, this isn't seems possible. It's upto investors when to apply and exit. For any nation to grow, the Small and medium sector needs push from government. This government has done very right to promote the small entrepreneurs and provide their plateform to showcase their potential. LM are those, who explore the potential in small enterprises and provide the plateform to showcase their ability. However, restricting the SMEs and LMs by implementing stricter policy is not good for any nation. Even if, 2-5% of the SMEs become successful to make their way to midcap and even fewer to large cap, it will be huge achievement for any nation.

But they can be banned for only 3-6 months, or even lesser, so that ipo premium can be charged with more responsibility..!!
