Look for NSE deals data EOD to identify flippers. It has moved from ST to SM category, so there is more scope for volume but also for both sides movement and one way traffic is not possible due to revision in circuit filters. Nothing has changed fundamentally.

Orders and results will take time. For the time being, if it hits UC now and manages to hold, that's confidence built up on already healthy background n my opinion @Aaashish

No not for now, I have blocked my funds in CDSL for some time now and Max healthcare in secondary market, but has kept this one in my watchlist

Bulk deals look very promising.. although market maker exited, no flipping M&M is a good sign. Those holding or bought today, may be well rewarded here. Sadly, I exited based on poor LM record and this may be a turning point for LM too.

Again most of the names in bulk deal are associated with LM with the aim of supporting the price.
I doubt the UC scenario will continue tomorrow.
Anyone planning to add please do your due diligence. If bought in preopen Or day 1 have a strict stop loss in place.

Personally have exited at UC. It's not a very strong circuit (1.5L shares), but good thing is volume traded is high.

900 cr order book is over 10 years, breakup of construction vs maintenance amount is not given - maybe 75% in next 3 years, 25% over remaining 7 years. Company is good, but I entered with view to sell on listing and sticking to that. Currently at 17 PE, generally civil works contractors don't get high PE. Recent listing K2 Infra has fallen to around 15 PE now. Further move may depend on who has entered (flippers or good investors) @Aaashish

​@Aaashish Cannot rely on first day UC solely. Future orders are the current ones that will get completed over time. Earnings will be based in future as to how it can utilise the capital as the order amount is likely fixed and upward increment in the same depends on rewards or early completion of work.

Until this one does something out of the box like VPRPL, its likely to command P/E near to 20.

Good thing is despite market maker selling most of its shares, others all have bought in as reflected in volumes, but tricky is still its in the hands of likely "punters" for now.

@Aaashish Order book is of 900cr plus and not 90 cr...

so add zero in your calculation...

If Company is genuine then it available at cheap valuations looking to its order book

​@Aaashish Topgain, Green Peaks and Mountain are notorious flippers. Rest of the bulk buyers look genuine. Hard to say who will win tug of war in the short term.

In terms of projections, one-year outlook is great thanks to order book (250 Cr rev, 10% pat). But K2 Infra has very similar projections & is settling currently at ~15 PE on FY'24 numbers, while Teerth is already at 16 PE. Hold if you feel strongly about the biz & sector.

​@Aaashish As i mentioned previously, you cannot make assumptions by one day UC, as the bulk deals backing that isn't beneficial entirely. Some of them are flippers.

Order book mentioned currently is good, but exact bifurcation of revenue over the said period years isn't mentioned so on normalised terms expect it to be 150+ Cr in the next FY with PAT margins near 11-12% in a best case scenario. That usually expands P/E to 20-22, so that should be an ideal short term - medium term target if all else remains equal.

2 strong UC with around 12 lakh+ buyers

I had this in mind

According to order book, they should book around 200-250 cr revenue in next financial year if the order is not cancelled

So profit would be around 20-25cr

Shouldn't it go 2.5x from here based on this alone if the pe remains same

​@Aaashish Only 1 thing matters - market perception. There are many similar stocks in civil works space that have same projections - 250 Cr in FY25, with 10% PAT with sufficient order book. 2 recent ones are K2 infra & AVP infracon with identical projections. Both are at ~180 Cr MCap and price is stable. While Teerth has momentum due to good bulk buyers on listing.

Ultimately will boil down to execution - if all of them hit Fy25 projection, they will all get to 300-350 Cr MCap in 1 year time. But Teerth market perception is good, so it will move more sharply for few days, and then move less down the line. Also note that there are 4 flippers now, since Mansi has also entered. So there will be a day in coming few days where they will all exit. Keep track of volumes, but ride the momentum.
