MANY ARE FACING THE PROBLEM I FACED THE SAME PROBLEM IN HDFC SEC TILL 9.02 AM I WAS ALLOWED TO TRADE AFTER WARDS BUT THIS THE PROBLEM WITH THE DEMAT IE NSDL AC WE HAVE TO TAKE UP WITH THE NSDL FOR THE SAME OR WRITE TO ICICI AND HDFC SEC FOR THEIR PROBLEM

It seems no one from ICICI are able to allocate and sell TECSYS...and now stock is trading around 415...That is good ..wait for 1 hour it may go up to 450 today
