@Basuvr , I'll try and explain.
See in HNI application you need to apply for minimum of 2-lots, but in most of the oversubscribed IPO's you'll just be getting one lot.
So, in the above Sahaj case after the adjustment the oversubscription will be same in Retail and HNI category.
Approximately ~ ((11.72 + 3.78 )/ 2 ) => 7.75
Now, each HNI application is worth minimum 2 lots but will be receiving just one-lot.
The allotment ratio for a 2-lot applicant will approx. be => 7.75 /2 => 3.87 ( approx. 1 in 4 will receive allotment)
The allotment ratio for a 3-lot applicant will approx. be => 7.75 /3 => 2.58 ( approx. 4 in 10 will receive allotment)
The allotment ratio for a 4-lot applicant will approx. be => 7.75 /4 => 1.93 ( approx. 2 in 4 will receive allotment)
The allotment ratio for a 5-lot applicant will approx. be => 7.75 /5 => 1.55 ( approx. 2 in 3 will receive allotment)
The allotment ratio for a 6-lot applicant will approx. be => 7.75 /6 => 1.29 ( approx. 10 in 13 will receive allotment)
The allotment ratio for a 7-lot applicant will approx. be => 7.75 /7 => 1.10 ( approx. 10 in 11 will receive allotment)
Firm allotment for a 8-lots and above applicants.
If we apply the similar logic to Technowgreen solutions. Final oversubscription is 13 times.
And my lot size is 8.
Ratio of allotment will be 13/8 => 1.625 ( approx. 10 in 16 will get allotment)
Which is roughly 60%.
Hope this clarifies.
