I personally believe your comment on anyone is not acceptable. Here many contributors have excellent experience and knowledge of Stock Market. I am showing you one example from NH IPO page:

I wrote Chittorgarh admin to correct financial fig of year 2015. They wrongly wrote profit for year 2015 instead of loss. Your reply to my comment:

It looks like you are jumping in each thread without prior knowledge or doing any homework.

Some members looks overjoyed becaof RII subscription(98%) on very first day but we have to look into this fact that RII has only 10% of share(less shares obviously high subscriptions)

World market will remain panic until China falling GDP bottom out and enter negative Marks ....so every month GDP will down half or 1 percent.....trends reversal seen only from 2017/18.......

Today all Asian markets and European markets are in he red except the Shanghai index which is up by 2.26%. So is it China or something else happening too?

Only hype nothing else company fooling people expensive valuation I think it should be avoided

QIBs and HNIs have their play for ASBA IPO only on the last day. One cannot judge it from first day bid data.

TeamLease IPO has just 10% quota for retail becaof its being in profit only for last two fiscals. Only with three year''s plus profitable company can have 35% quota for retail investors in IPO.

My dear friends, Its very rare that i express my opinions coz each one of us as his own and of course distinct too in one way or the other, But only those opinions are absorbed that have already written success stories.(Example: Syngene from Biocon) In Team Lease''s case here when we have been too quick to anticipate the CAGR to arrive at 50+ PE, could someone also anticipate the Dividends that it might disseminate in future. (Could be Eicher Motors or Could also be Unitech)
However an important thing to focus in today''s era "where human life has limited value far off from humanity" is that companies first build themselves and their promoters extract the maximum benefits forgetting their shareholders drawing Salaries in crores (Operating as a leader of the board, at the same time enjoying the benefits of an Executive with allowances Companies - Perfect vehicles -> Crash or Race-> Promoter as an executive is gonna take salaries and make profits) Then altogether with age comes Philanthropy (Attempting to bribe the Almighty for penance).

On the whole my view goes like this
Companies -> Play White, Play Neat!!
Investors -> Play limited, Play Safe!!!!

Team lease how much subscribe today ? WHAT IS GMP AND PCL MAY LIST AT DISCOUNT OR PREMIUM ?

Retailers seem to be out of their mind. They are jumping on each and every issue without considering the fundamentals. All current issues are momentum play. Without watching the subscription figures of HNI and QIB, its is like asking trouble for yourself. So better to sit on sideline for initial days and then jump on last days.

my views on coffee cafe were correct and had asked to withdraw the application , However i am not in favour of withdrawal of application of PCL
even though my view of pcl was to stay away from the issue , but now the view has changed those who has not applied in issue , it is wise to buy at 10 am on day of listing at RS 185 -190 FOR AN target of Rs 200 on day of listing , hold , buy , sell mood will depend on scrip
market position has changed , from sell to buy
BE bear and bull as per market mood
on listing day if the mood is bearish , it will list below the issue price
SBI WAS RS 200 + My target fro sbi rs 175 was achieved but did not go to 160 - 150 levels
But now sbi at 180 is on buy mode for target of rs 200
similarly LIC AND L&T IS IN BUY MODE FROM SELL MODE
NO targets sir

When the market is good, even overvalued IPOs are listing good. When the market is bad, even good stocks are listing negative.

Look at the IPO data during fall in 2008-2013 (in)famous period and their listing. Most are in red. The statistics can be seen on this forum itself.

I think the history is going to repeat. Markets are falling. All of us have to be careful on IPO also. We cannot blindly believe investing in IPO will give us gains.

Yes sir Chinese market close 5 feb to 15 feb sure to Chinese new year.but I m nt sying that teamlease listed in premium aur discount.all this upon Indian market sentiment till period. Thankx sir
