Do anyone knows as per the new SEBI rule when the amnt will be unblocked if we are not getting any allocation?

When will nse & bse wake up and start showing no of applications received in their websites. Assuming each application is of one lot, there can be 340000+ applications in retail, out of which 34137 will get allottement.

In the case of Teamlease ... Total numbers of Applications Approx = 318412

Valuations doesn''t have anything to do in IPOs.
Just apply blindly if QIB portion is subscribed 5 times and book gain on listing day...

I dont think you cancel the bid after the closure period. Atleast Linkintime doesnt do that.

Then why is it written on nse site under teamlease ipo post modification period 5th feb 10am to 1 pm.one of my colleage bid for narayana ipo in dec through pnb netbanking and he was able to cancel the bid after issue closed from pnb netbanking..

Kam karta hai aggar complete analise ho toh.over subscribe nehi hone par bhi loss like ccd and just over meh profit NH.

This is unique place for disscusion about invest.but now a days l am looking some persons tgt to good analiser like septa.eagle.rajiv...... /after that above are play deffensive.that is not good for common investor.

i agree to dis agree ARUP defensive is most important to stay long in the market....bcoz cash is king end of day the real picture is fundamental and it will catch up. To make money in real term is staying long not short i can give 1000 example from infosys to less unknown stock like JMT AUTO kitex caplin point.... for me the horizon is long term with limited risk
I will give u practical example with numbers....

Team lease sure short allotment after the buzz is a investment out lay of 30 lakhs Approx u get 15 shares
PCL sure shot allotment is 2 lakhs so cost is 15 times less plus getting 13 times more investment so in pure number terms 13*15 PCL is APPROX 200 times more bang for money then team lease... and all this money yes risk is there but return is handsome.

Take indigo i asked all to apply full force now what i am holding in my portfolio of 1000 shares after book profit of some share the cost is zero and my money is now moved to a new investment....

SO IMO my defensive is actual more aggressive investment if you look at the whole picture.

HOWEVER at no point i am not telling anyone to follow me i am just putting my view end of the day it is ur money and ur decision is final

IPO may koi analysis kaam nahi karti ,agar good oversubscribed hua tho 95% good return milayga
I am looking this rules since 1989.

Reliance power was just one exception only. IPO mein analysis toh kam karti hai. Yeh bhi ek analysis hai ki IPO oversubscribe hoga ki nahi. But oversubscrition in every category shows the huge demand. It will also benefit due to first player from this unique segment (industry). so no comparion of P/E multiples so no limit for upside for first few days. ENJOY.....

there are many more in fact in 1990 to 2005 majority of them r not even traded so people have lost 100% of the investment..... Ignore silly people and there are lot of silent spectators like me watching here. we take all your views and come to a conclusion to participate in ipo market. There are also lot of poor people who want to make some money for day to day life thro shares thro IPO just applying 2-3 lots. Your absence will make people devoid of even such modes.so consider that you are doing social service as well as sharing your knowledge. Knowledge only will increase if you share and you will aslo get rewarded. thanking sincerely one and all.

Septa is always concerned about PE and overvaluations. When you see the listing gains of NH and Lalpath, his views are somewhat contradictory.

But in the long term, his views are right as happened in Indigo and Just dial.

Also I personally notice that stocks with less price below 100 are doing well eg. Say puskar. But the costly stocks above 1000 are not doing so. I wonder what will happen to ALKEM, every one said its good stock, but its doing average only. not going up much. May be we should wait for more time?

See I got it wrong. But I stand by my investment strategy which may not be good in picking all good listing BUT IT WILL SURELY PICK THE BAD ONES THE LIKE OF MONTE POWER MECH UFO AND CCD Also in long run it will not go wrong on any stock which list on discount given it is priced at reasonable vaulation.
Say with PCL I am getting A good stock at okay price and whatever quantity I want for 3 million rupee investment in team lease I would have only got 15 shares sure short but PCL I getting 15000 plus shares.

We are here to make money and benefit from each other.... IPO investment is one of the most hardest investment to get it right.... I have been doing this for 1990 and over the years i have moved from applying every IPO to only the market and the rest which i did not get or which i did not get enough i brought. two IPO which i did not apply i have brought recently..... SO we should value everyone suggestion and stop name calling and making fun if any suggestion goes wrong.... SO happy investing end of the day we all should make money...

So please contribute and if possible in your comment be constructive then destructive....

Septa one thing I like most when ur bullish u give regular comments. But best thing I like most u defend and u stckt to ur comments that''s why u took bold step in investment . however now a days nasirul. Gupta is replaced by eagle eye and rk singh. They are true in getting GMP. Its a open forum people should not hype or wheep any body''s comment. People should avoid personal comments and fingering them. Every body has his own way. Keep posting.
