Promoters Seems to be too Greedy, Bcoz i found them allotting themselves more n more number of Shares for a Consideration not more than Rs.10...
No issue was made on premium, when the consideration is in the Form of Cash....

Coment were very good and we were able to judge the ipo but those who were giving adverse coments have not been writing now hence there is loss to all
those who were favoring some persons are now loser pl note as no coments

To CHACHA #23.i THINK PEOPLE HERE HAS BURNED THEIR FINGERS SO BADLY IN NCD's that nobody even thinks of applying in TD Power which seems attractive from short/long bothways.I am applying one full application.It is already oversubscribed by more than 2x times in FII section.
