In what parameters you are sayy valuation is cheap. Please ellobrate.

Even promotors are saying that valuation is high but they are defending it by saying that they are Operating in ethnic wear where competition is less. So how can I say that valuation is cheap.

Promoters I think we're alloted at half the price just few months back. Look at the greed of them to price it too high. Seems they thought anything can get subscribed . Stay away as even the subscription figures are too bad .

Promoters are subscribers to the Memorandum of Association (MOA) They are subscribers of shares since year 1997 at face value of Rs 10. They infused further capital into the company in 2004, 2005, 2008, 2009, 2011, ......

Average cost of acquisition of shares by the promoters is Rs. 13.47 and Rs. 30.53 per share. Average cost of acquisition of shares by selling shareholders is in the range of Rs. 2 to Rs. 373.26 per share.

This statement is illogical because Promoters are subscribers to the Memorandum of Association (MOA). They become deemed shareholders. Nobody allots them shares

I don't care whether TCNS lists in discount or premium, I did not gave Apply or Avoid Recommendation, neither I am saying that valuations are cheap or steep.

Hahaha who says promoters are not alloted shares. First understand the meaning of alloted.It is fact that matrix have been alloted shares at half the value.whether it comes under category of shareholder or promoter. It is illological statement of your as first you said your information is incorrect and now you are saying that it is incorrect way to judge based in that. First check with yourself as you don't have clarification what you want to say. Don't try to change things. You are saying it is incorrect to say promoters or shareholder are alloted share. It is an illogical statement. If u am alloted equity or preferential share then there is ought to be a price and that price is alloted share price. What is wrong in that statement? First you should stop such illogical comments and better keep this incorrect knowledge with yourself
