Dear members, please provide your valuable suggestions.

I have funds to apply 4 SHNI + 4 retail through 4 family members.. please let me know which of the below combination is good..

1. 4 SHNI in TBO + 4 retail in Aadhar
2. 4 SHNI in Aadhar + 4 retail in TBO or
3. 2 SHNI+ 2 retail in Aadhar & 2SHNI +2 retail in Aadhar.

***3. 2 SHNI+ 2 retail in Aadhar & 2SHNI +2 retail in TBO.

Dhiraj ji, Avp Infra is now 98-103 levels as it touched 103 yesterday. Holding since Ipo at 75.
Any suggestions now loking at cmp ?
Also Results abhi tak nahi aaya. Supposed to announce in April. Any problem in results ?
What do you think of Avp Infra now ?

Hello Sir, I was fortunate to track it and exit at 100 that day. I wanted to hold back and wait till 125, but the results are delayed beyond expectations, which has generated doubts and thus this stock may not rally 125 as per my time limit.

I am expecting good results, the only thing is its timing.

What is expected final subscription figure in SHNI and BHNI category

I have funds for 5 shni and 5 retail. For max profit, what should my strategy be? How should I allocate funds between aadhar and tbotek?

1. 5 shni in Aadhar (better chances to get allotment) + 5 Retail in TBO (only 10% retail portion difficult than aadhar)
2. 5 shni in TBO (lower chances) + 5 Retail in Aadhar (better chances as 35% retail)

​@Sandeep Kumar sethi yes, only very very minor benefit, since it will be oversubscribed. You can look BOA(Basis of allotment) of other IPO for that 69 to 70 lot group probability to get an idea.

Why TBO is offering only 10% to the Retail category? when the majority of IPOs offer 35% to Retail Investors?

Attracting big investors!
As it instills confidence among all, when shares goes into hands of heavy investors, most of whom have idea of what they are doing in market.
Helps in stabilizing the price in market too.

Because as per sebi rule

3 FYs must be + ve in profits
Then 35 % retail
If anyone FY us -ve out of 3 FYs
Then retail 10%
Now look at their FYs P/L

Market sentiments🌡️ on listing day🌄 will majorly determine the short-term fate🔮 of Aadhar.
However, all n all, a good IPO. ✌️😃

​@billo.rani No harm in applying Aadhar if view is long term.
Like "Vodafone" it will give very good returns with low risk of discount listing

Accidentally, I applied employ retail quote via ASBA and then reapplied as normal retail.. Please advise whether both application will be rejected or normal retail one should be considered. Thanks in advance for your help and guidance.

As any individual can apply for both employees as well as retail if someone is employees of the said company.
So no cancellation.
Since you are not eligible employee , your
Employees quota application will be automatically cancelled and normal retail applications will stand open

Off topic:
If next day any share is going to be LC, what is best time (after today market close) to place order so the order get prority?
Is it just after market close (AMO) or morning 9am ?

Personal View - placing a market order at opening is a much better idea than using AMO.
Because 100's of AMO order, which are sent together at market opening and this might take a few seconds for the orders to be placed.
Note : Depends on broker too.

Do you mean best time for priority market order is 9am or 9:15 am ?
I think as soon market open, if script goes to LC then there is no point to place at 9:15. 9am Pre-market is best time, right?

One observatiob seems interesting is that so far QIB subscription is better in Aadhar than TBO.

Operationally, YES, you can apply. Technically, NO, both applications will be rejected eventually.

​@Yogesh Bhalla  Sir, to the question Can I ? YES you can. It is not impossible to apply multiple applications using same PAN credentials, but all will get rejected.
Please remember, one can apply only one application per PAN, irrespective of HNI or retail. It is only for special quota like that for Employees or for Share holder that one more application with same PAN can be applied over and above hni/retail.

Tomorrow once banks unfreeze Indegene funds, huge huge surge can been seen in both TBO & Aadhaar housing sunscription levels, especially in HNI segment.

But even with that I feel TBO sHNI may stay around 30-35 times & bHNI around 10 times (application wise).

NOT possible .both application reject ho jayega

Repected Seniors, I asked it before but didn't get any answer. I want suggestions for better understanding.

I have amount for 1BHNI, so should I go with TBO or with Aadhar?
1. Aadhar (something is better than nothing)
2. TBO(if it is not firm allotment in Aadhar and lottery in both the IPOs than why settle with something.)

I think no discount listing in Aadhar and easy allotment than TBO. on the other hand high listing gain in TBO but less chance to get it.

Also applying 10 retails in each.

I know its a personal choice but want to know how our respected members think (option 1 or option 2) or anything I can do better.

It is a very simple choice, since you will be applying 10 retails in both , you have high chances of allotment in retail. So now, i would have gone for 1 BHNI in TBO, chances less but profit more..

good news for Bank of Baroda account holders as RBI lifted the ban from BOB WORLD app. which was not working since OCT.2023.

​@CJ ROCKS @Vipin IPO  Is there mobile number which are going to use while opening online bank account same number should be link with aadhar in case of BOB one app. I want to open my family members account but I want to use my number for transaction. Thanks in advance

​@A. Rajput Sir for online transactions specially Internet banking your Mobile no. must be linked with Aadhaar and also same phone no. can't be used in same bank like BOB for multiple accounts.

As i have one member in family having aadhar seeded mobile number is different than the number used in account but in sbi bank.
